Had to go to front desk each time to replenish our towels, I did see cleaning people but not for my room, told the front staff and seemed they didn't care! Also in need of new mattresses at least by the poolside rooms! Hopefully my next stay (December) it will be back up to standards!!

They have maintained and updated it well, without taking away from it's uniqueness. This last time we were here due to my husband being in the Plattsburgh hospital. We were in a stressful situation and an unplanned vacation. The staff were all exceptional. We were given a hospital rate which really helped. The breakfast was great. I will definitely be back, still my favourite place for a few days getaway. I definitely recommend this hotel.
