  Hôtel propre, idéal pour un séjour de passage, piscine, centre sport, restaurants et chambres très convenables. Le personnel est avenant et s'assure de tout faire pour vous faire aimer votre séjour. Sans fausses notes.

  I was not impressed at all. I stay here often throughout the year and this was by far the worst stay. The room was dirty, no extra towels were available. The breakfast buffet was horrible and very limited items. Eggs and potatoes were not even edible. And the pool had no towels! Water was cold, room was chilly and no towels. We were told it was low inventory so we asked for extra room towels and was told there was none available. Not impressed at all!

  There is nothing luxurious about this hotel but I have been coming here for 20 years and my kids absolutely love the poolside rooms. We recently booked all 12 poolside rooms for new years and had the best time. Jerrod, is awesome, super helpful and accommodating, if you need to book a block of rooms, he's your guy. It's located next to the mall, grocery stores are across the street.

  Pulled up on Friday December 12th, and the parking lot was unplowed from a storm Monday. Upon entering the lobby at 7:10 there is still no one at front desk at 7:19 after writing review. NO EMPLOYEES at front desk. I am a traveling photographer, have stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never seen no employees in lobby, let alone for 15 min at 7pm on a Friday night? I guess that's what you can expect at this hotel if my experience is any guide. EDIT: This review received a reply from management of this hotel imply they don't see my reservation, my reservation was made by my employer but I still swiped my card for incidental expenses so my name should be in the system.
