There was a lack of courtesy during check-out, and the neighboring rooms appeared to be rented out for purposes I can only assume were "paid service"

Manni and Evan also went above and beyond by checking in via text to make sure we were comfortable. When my travel plans changed, Manni seamlessly helped me book an extra night. It was effortless and stress-free. The entire process was smooth thanks to their attentive, customer-first approach. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and wonderfully maintained. The shower pressure was phenomenal (a small detail that makes a big difference!). Overall, the Holiday Inn team made our stay so pleasant that we’ll absolutely return on our next visit to the area.
