I’m here for 2 weeks on a work trip and it’s been a wonderful experience. Denise and Shivone have been such a delight. Always upbeat, kind and very professional. Everyday I have questions and new needs and they have been eager to help everytime. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is really good. The ladies in the kitchen are also very helpful and sweet. I recommend this hotel and would stay here anytime I’m in the area.

I am here for work and i couldnt feel more at home than here. Service is great and staff is nice. They have free breakfast really good and healthy, and Wednesdays they have free dinner, its kind of nice. I would recommend this place.

As a Diamond member, I have stayed in multiple Hilton properties over the years, and found this stay an unusually enjoyable experience.
We have been very well cared for during our time here, and have enjoyed an attractive, clean, and comfortable room. Mark at the front desk was most helpful from our first encounter, as well as each of the other staff we have met. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
This is our first visit here, and we would certainly plan to stay here again if we return to the area.

I am not one to write reviews but this place had me so grossed out I felt it was necessary to write a review.
I am honestly shocked to see there are even any good reviews on this hotel.
I stayed here with my family including 3 young children in the 2 bed 2 bath suite. Considering the price for just two nights and that it is a Hilton, I had at expectations that it would at least be decent and clean.
The entire (nonsmoking) suite smelt like cigarettes.
Every single surface of the room- furniture, walls, shower, floors, kitchen cabinets, etc had some type of discoloration, dirt or mold. The bathtub didn’t plug to give my kids a bath but when you shower without the drain plugged, water pools up so you’re soaking your toes in your own bathing water.
There is a sign in the room stating the need to call to request housekeeping service, they won’t just come automatically. We called not once but three times and no one showed up. It took two trips to the front desk to require a basic cleanup and fresh towels.
Every single interaction with staff they were rude, condescending and didn’t even attempt to have good customer service skills. It became comical. Prior to the housekeeping issue,
I had called ahead inquiring how an early check in request worked and the woman could not have been more abrasive when she told me to call back at 3pm (which is CHECK IN TIME ANYWAY) and she clearly pretended to put in a “request” while she huffed and puffed. Just tell me we can’t check in early- why be so mean?
Also, the pool room is hot and humid but the water is cold. There is a discolored foam lining the tiles that are not submerged in water. My kids were so excited to go swimming but I cut our swim time short because of how nasty I felt. Unfortunately didn’t even feel any better after taking a shower.
This hotel is located in an upscale, wealthy area. I never have high expectations but I did have a standard cleanliness and personnel standard. We don’t travel a lot but when we do I’d tend to trust a Hilton, especially when we had to spend a lot of money to accommodate our small children.
Makes me question ever staying at a Hilton again.
