I just wanted to sleep and the beds were noisy anytime I made a slight move. 2. Plumbing. Also excessively noisy. We knew when ANYONE in our room's vicinity flushed a toilet or ran the shower. Seems as if the walls have poor insulation or something. Other than that, location is very clean and in a very good location right off the highway.

We were shocked to discover this and that there was no alternative. It was difficult to sleep. Please be aware of this before you book.

She mumbled all sentences, did not answer any questions I had and made a 10 minute check in into a 30 minute journey. If you book this hotel make sure you dont select "standard room" or you risk the chance that it will end up as a double room, to which of course has no WINDOWS !!!!!!!!. Every other staff present is friendly, and this place must cherish the waiter they have at their restaurant.

IGH has provided a case number 10582487673 I will also be calling the health department today in reference to this nasty inconvenience for the safety of all.
