My husband had an unfortunate experience when he was shocked by the exterior elevator button. The current ran up his arm & cause numbness for the entirety of our event. Disappointed they could not resolve the issues during our stay.

It is out again today meaning you have to carry your luggage down four staircases if you stay on the fourth floor. No one seems to know how to get this rectified other than “resetting it“. Corporate office needs to step in and actually fix the problem. You need functioning elevators in a hotel if you expect guests to be here. This was for a wedding so hotel was packed and when the only one elevator was working intermittently, you had to wait a long amount of time just to get on it. Not good, do NOT stay here until elevators are repaired.

Service was excellent and we had no complaints about the room.
