Service was excellent and we had no complaints about the room.

They did nothing to make it right! Than after showing them gps tracking where the AirPods were they decided to tell me that the tracking wrong. Mind you the tracking showed the AirPods in a different part of the hotel. lol all I want is the correct action to be done!
