  As an essential worker, we are expected to be in the hospital. Blizzard or not. We were not given accommodations at the hospital so I chose to stay here at Best Western which is less than two miles away from the hospital (or a 4 minute drive away on a regular day). I figured as long as I can get out of the parking lot, Old Country Road will be a straight shot to the hospital. I called Best Western a day before the blizzard to ask if they had a plan to plow overnight so we can get out and get to the hospital by early morning 6AM. I was assured they have "a guy." Well we got stuck. It was an untouched blanket of snow that literally went up to my knees, past my boots and into my boots. An hour of digging did us no good. Ultimately I had to phone a friend and catch a ride. I'm livid. I have fellow coworkers at other hotels where I was told they plowed their parking lots throughout the night. I chose this specific hotel because I was assured it will not be an issue. Unfortunately I never caught a name. It was a young man who answered the call on Saturday February 21 at 06:58 AM. Do not recommend. ... Not to mention the room smelled like body odor and the thermostat didn't work. Oh and the WiFi didn't work either.

  Zero stars - the worst customer service. Deceptive billing and misrepresentation. Will be filing BBB complaint and CFPB complaint. DO NOT USE = SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.

  Love the staff from Jason to manci to Jeni (hope I spelled that right) don’t love being banned because my 6 year old has a stomach bug and threw up and can’t come back because of it… it’s a long story as why I had checked out and then came baxk but u won’t get into it I’m so sorry to the owner who’s the one that banned me that my child didn’t feel well at 2 am and I didn’t inform you guys at 2am to come and wash the rug and wake up my 6 year old 7 year old and 8 month old in the proccess to move rooms much love to the overall staff though

  I was in Melville for a work trip and spent 5 nights in the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They provide room service every day which I haven’t seen since since 2019! Food was delicious and the day chef makes great breakfasts!
