  I visited best western in palmyra for work the rooms were clean breakfast was excellent and the staff was also amazingly kind Deedra the GM of the hotel so very nice to me even made me feel at home

  Rooms are simple and clean. Employees were the best part of my stay, very friendly. Great place to enjoy spending time with your friends and family. Hottub is amazing.

  Guest service is exceptional. When I checked in I was greeted in a warm and kind manner by Angela. Rooms were very clean. The lobby was inviting with the fire going in the fireplace. Breakfast had many options including waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal and bagels. Definitely recommend staying here. There is also a hot tub that was lovely to soak in.

  Normally only like to leave positive reviews but this entire experience has been awful enough that I feel like I should warn people to not stay here. At the very end of December we booked the jacuzzi room for 2 nights, paid $321.84 in total. Check-in was at 3 pm, we arrive shortly after and are told the room is not ready yet. We're pretty understanding people so we calmly wait 20 - 30 minutes for the room to be finished. Also told the tub *should* be clean by the elderly man checking us in but if it isn't to let them know...(already a couple red flags)...and sure enough when we walked in we noticed there were still hairs in the tub (ew) and also no soap for hand washing. We tell the clerk and instead of him calling the staff for us he tells us to go find them wherever they are in the building?? Honestly the man seemed to care more about watching the football game than doing his job. Final straw was as we were laying in bed MYSTERY WATER STARTS DRIPPING ONTO ME FROM THE CEILING. We were only there maybe a few hours at most. We didn't flip out or cause a scene because we're not the type even though it would have been pretty justified. We just got our video evidence of the leak, informed the clerk why we're leaving and was told to expect a refund that Friday. So long as we got our money back I wasn't even planning on leaving a negative review. Side note: it's a good thing we took video evidence because the hotel tried to gaslight us and say maintenance didn't find a leak in the room. It has been weeks now and multiple emails exchanged between the district manager (who before we made the escalation told us they couldn't refund us but could offer a free night) and corporate who finally said they would refund us... FOR US TO ONLY GET $100 OUT OF $321.84. Y'ALL. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO NICKEL AND DIME US FOR THE FEW HOURS WE WERE THERE, THAT TIME SPENT IN YOUR GROSS HOTEL ROOM SUCKED. I am so disgusted by Best Western for the way they've treated us and how they seemed to have tried everything to keep our money for a service they did not provide. More like WORST WESTERN.
