This hotel was perfect for us, with an indoor pool, free breakfast, access to EV chargers, and pet friendly. Will stay here again.

The room is nice, the rest of the hotel (lobby, gym, pool) is just passable. The worst thing was the breakfast though, I think they cut all the kitchen staff, so everything is just re-heatable, highly-processed corporate food. Savory foods were inedible with sausages being 90% fat. Nothing is freshly made, no vegetables or fruits or fresh juices or even fresh milk. The coffee is bad and creamer is in a tiny plastic cups. Everything is served in terrible and wasteful single use paper plates.

We had high hopes for this hotel, considering the brand. But upon arrival, they informed us of a double booking and had to change our room. Ok, 2 queens instead of a king... no biggie. On day 2, we are jolted out of a good sleep at around 9 am to the sound of doors very loudly slamming against the wall very close by. We hoped it would stop, but no cigar. Over and over for about 10 minutes, extremely disruptive and loud banging. We thought maybe it was a child so called the front desk. They said they would take care of it. Alas, it continued for another 5 minutes... we look out the door and it's the cleaning lady banging the door over and over whilst cleaning. I call the desk again and ask for a room change. This clerk was nice and agreed we could change rooms. 5 minutes go by and the front desk calls back. This time a different clerk asks me about the room change and why... I explain the ridiculous noises. She says it is common and would happen again if we changed rooms. So, your housekeeper is trained to bang the door against the wall over and over in order to clean a guest room? She was very rude and said the initial room change (due to their own overbooking mistake) was already an upgrade and no room change was in order. This was maybe the worst customer service I have encountered at a hotel, ever. The level of hospitality expertise at this location is an absolute 0. The housekeeping is not good at all, room was pretty filthy upon arrival and they do not understand proper etiquette. The parking lot was tiny and the grounds were mediocre at best. The room was very dim with no central lighting, just little lamps here and there. No dresser space but a strange moving wire rack within the cupboard. The bed was hard as a rock, so if you like ultra firm you are all set. All in all, no good. I will not go back here. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn down in Vestal area a few weeks ago and it was superb compared to this hotel. The only pro was pet friendly, for a high cost of course.
