    Absolutely horrible experience at the Holiday Inn in Oswego. When we got to our room, the bed sheets had clearly NOT been changed. There was hair all over the bed and visible stains on the sheets. It was disgusting and completely unsanitary. I even recorded a video for proof because it was that bad. When I reported it to the front desk, all they did was change the sheets and apologize. No real concern that guests were given a room with dirty bedding that someone else had clearly slept in. I was in town visiting SUNY Oswego for a student admitted day, and this is the kind of experience we had during our stay. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that should meet basic cleanliness standards. Clean bedding should be the bare minimum. I will not be coming back. Will post video on tik tok and here!     The hotel was aware that the hot water was not working and it was 33 degrees outside! They knew for about 6+ hours and didn’t notify any of the guests!!! That’s UNACCEPTABLE!!!! How are you running a hotel and there’s no hot water NOR do you notify any of your guests? CODY THE FRONT DESK person stated “oh so what did you want me to do call you at 11pm at night?” YES!!!!!!! WHO DO YOU THINK WANTS THIS SHOWER IN FREEZING COLD WATER AND ITS COLD OUTSIDE?????? IF YOU WOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME, I WOULDVE MADE ACCOMODATIONS FOR ANOTHER HOTEL! He always stated “75% of the hotel is booked” EVEN WORSE!!!! SO YOURE GOING TO LET EVEN MORE PPL SUFFER WITH NO HOT WATER DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND NOT LETTING ANY OF THE GUESTS KNOW????? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR ITS STAFF AND I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE

    This hotel was filthy. My room was clearly never cleaned. Hair everywhere. In the bed! The shower, the floor. Crumbs and food on the carpet. Greasy fingerprints on the table. I asked for another room and that was somehow worse!

    The woman, wish I had caught her name, who checked us in was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and fresh. We enjoyed the pool and large hot tub. 24 hr coffee and the breakfast were also great.
