- HRHeather Richards5 days ago1.0My allergies are not sensitive however experienced symptoms immediately upon staying making the experience miserable. Bad smell from what I assume is original carpet and wallpaper. Holes in upholstery in rooms. Switched rooms and was moved to the very next room over. Onsite restaurant was closed, pool, sauna, hot tube closed for maintenance yet still charged full price for room. Asked for a discounted rate and was charged full price with “I will have to ask my manager” who was not contacted in my presence. Arrived without sick symptoms left feeling horrible have been home for 1 day and 90% better so definitely was the room.

I would imagine that in the summer the views are fantastic. If we ever come to Oswego again, we will for sure stay here again. P.S. the free breakfast was great. Kids also loved the pool.
