During my first stay, there was granola bars jammed in my air conditioner and the room was overall not very clean - I filled out a feedback form to notify staff after my stay and didn’t hear back from the hotel. I recently attempted to give the hotel a second chance, and was unable to stay over. Upon entering my room I heard a dripping noise in the bathroom. Upon inspection, the shower faucet was leaking, the tub was a blue color, and the tub was chipping. The hotel was unable to put me in a different room and I was forced to find another hotel in the area (at 9:30 pm). I won’t be returning.
- NRNSA RedactedSep 29, 20253.0Each member of the staff I encountered was very nice. Jess at the front desk is a jewel; welcoming, kind, very good at her job! The woman staffing breakfast was also very nice. Areas for improvement at this property: 1. Maintenance. The door to room 107 is significantly screwed up to the point it is difficult to open and close. It is clear from the damage to the door jam, it has been this way for a long time. Consider fixing it. 2. Most of the breakfast items (eggs, omelets, bacon) were all way overcooked and rubbery. No reason at all to overcook everything. I've stayed at plenty of hotels that served soft, moist, fluffy eggs. Its not that difficult. 3. Desk chair in room 107 has a CONSTANT grating, squeak / squeal. Please, for the love of peanut butter, apply lubricant or replace the chair. 4. The antiquated key card system drops the door code at least once a day requiring the card to be frequently re-keyed. No reason other than just plain neglect, that basic maintenance isn't being performed.
