So someone else is renting those two rooms and Holiday Inn Express is making double the money! We are extremely disappointed. I wonder if they are also charging for fees and breakfast, even though we are not there!
- WWWill WangNov 8, 20255.0This hotel saved our day after a spending disappointing night before at a shady hotel called Cresthill Suites in East Syracuse. We loved its super convenient location to the airport, the interior and the rooms were newly renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. The young man worked at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My wife just had a minor surgery and needed to rest. By our request, he managed to find us a quiet room down the hall on the second floor. The only complaint we had was regarding the AC in our room. It seemed to reset itself after midnight from heat to cold, which woke us up in the middle of the night. Also, the location of this hotel is kinda hidden away from the street. There was a small sign with the hotel name on it hanging on the fence next to the driveway which led to the hotel. When we followed the navigation to get there we missed the turn on our first try and had to circle back. Other than those, this hotel is a good spot for its convenient location and spotless rooms.
