Acceptable place to spend the night on your way to/from the airport (including the ability to leave a car there relatively cheaply). Although our room was clean, there clearly were a number of minor maintenance issues to be addressed - and we passed areas under heavy construction on the way to our room (i used a stairway rather than the elevator and was walking on plywood walkways over torn up plaster). Getting in & out of the lot was tricky because there had been a lot of snow, and plowing did not appear to be a priority. There is a shuttle van to/from the airport, but we were told they ran until midnight, and when we called shortly before midnight we were told that the driver had already gone home, so we were forced to get an Uber (on a holiday evening, which required a lot of time & $). Not a place to stay if you're highly discriminating, but worth it if you're looking for convenience at a reasonable price.

Close to the Syracuse airport, about 3 min ride. Shuttle services available from the airport to hotel.
Rooms were excellent with good amenities. Rate is good for the services provided. Great customer service
No diner, so you got to prepare your own meals or get to a restaurant close by

If I could rate this with NEGATIVE stars I would!!! I don’t know where to start.
Checked in late and manager was initially friendly and helpful. We went to our room where there was EXCESSIVE trash and dirty laundry (pics included) outside of our door. With everywhere being short staffed, this was not a make or break thing due to help being spread thin in the hospitality industry.
We politely went back to the front desk to confirm that we were given the right room number and it was correct. When we requested a new room explaining the distasteful nature of the door to the room the attitude that was exhibited by the ‘manager’ was absolutely shocking.
I could go on and on about how awful and shabby the entire hotel was but I will leave it at this; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It is terribly unhygienic, outdated, and plain disgusting 🤢

You get what you pay for. The hotel is close to the airport and I was able to get a “shuttle” to the terminal (really just a van ride) but was nice to have.
The room itself was pretty beat up. Ancient TVs, all the appliances had broken handles, the hallways smelled horribly, toilet seat had tears in it. It didn’t have literal cockroaches so it wasn’t the worst possible room and the bed was fine. There is also a workout room which was ok.
All in all I knew coming in paying a cheap hotel would get me cheap quality rooms and that’s what I got. If I weren’t in Syracuse for more than a night I’d go somewhere else but it’s not the worst hotel I’ve been in.

- No hot water in shower
- Dry wall peeling off walls
- Drywall screws hanging out of wall
- Broken toilet handle
- Bathroom light turns off while in shower
- Bathroom appears unfinished
- Heater was incredibly loud
- Room light was motion activated and if you move in your sleep, would turn on the main light. I had to turn over over 20 times during the stay.
- Smelt like cigarettes in/outside of our room
- Room keys would not work. After seeing front desk getting for getting locked out, only one worked
- Front desk staff told me to move my car to a different side of the parking lot for no reason, making us walk furhter while other guests continued to use the main lot. It made no sense
