- MLMatthew LiawMar 14, 20265.0I truly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were super friendly and professional. The room was clean and modern. The location is wonderful if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. It is walking distance to the falls and the Seneca casino. You have all the restaurants within reach. Sophie at check in and Frank at check out were just nice. I can’t ask for better service. I will return to this hotel for future visits to the region. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also free continental breakfast in the morning.
- TWTaye WillFeb 8, 20265.0The hotel was clean, and quiet. The day we arrived Sophie checked us in and her energy was awesome, she was so nice to my family and I. Frank was the icing on the cake I believe he is a department head, well anyway he was FANTASTIC, we were there for a private event and he took care of us the whole time we were there and being in the position that he holds you would think he would be off on the weekends but no he was there every step of the way. At the private event he was there, he was the bartender, he loved on everyone there and even when someone was unkind to him, he maintained his professionalism. Frank and his team, Sophie and Garrett made this a great birthday experience I'll never forget. I can't wait to return.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a good experience until we were never issued a receipt or confirmation, and we see a deposit hold on our account that they never issued. I called numerous times to request a receipt for our stay, but they can't find it. They want to dispute a deposit.I recommend make sure to get a receipt for your back up
