Bathroom was disgusting had other people's hair on the walls of shower, hair on the body wash and shampoo bottles. Small hairs and weird red spots on floor of tub. Floor dirty in bathroom and toilet was loud especially flushing. Shower curtain was falling apart and dirty. Towels nasty and the double shower heads dirty and no water pressure could barely wash my hair. Balcony was ok and the TV remote quit working but at least stopped on Nick at Nite channel before gave out. Broken lights and dirty carpets glad only had to stay 1 night.

It’s an easy walk to the Falls, which look amazing in winter with all the ice and mist. We were close to everything we wanted to do but still felt like we had a quiet spot to relax. The staff were friendly, and the whole place just had a really nice feel. We’d definitely stay here again for another quick getaway.

The mattress was quite comfortable and we appreciated having our own little outdoor space attached to the room. The air conditioner did smell a little musty. The TV is not a smart TV, the chromecast provided was unplugged & unconfigured, and the hotel tv system did not work. Hope you brought a laptop! Also, for some reason the light switches next to the bed turned on the lamps on the opposite side, and the switches on the lamps themselves did not work. You can hear quite a lot through the walls, especially the elevator. There was a complimentary bottle, of which I assume was for some wine, however it was empty with a note saying to enjoy it. The restaurant & bar attached to the hotel is out of service until February for the winter, which is understandable if disappointing. There is no hot breakfast options as there is no kitchen in service. The front staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive.
