He also upgraded our room to the niagara view though our agent had mistakenly booked a handicapped room Staff friendly and helpful The self service laundry was of a great help to us as we had a journey further Would recommend for a peaceful stay The location is just few steps walk from the niagara state park Tea coffee available for guest 24 hrs

- NDNikolaus DeemsDec 14, 20252.0Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean (mostly), and offered a really nice view. Totally worth the upsell. Staff was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. Having the Anchor Bar right there was nice and a four minute walk to the casino. My gripes: one of the towels had a big nasty yellow stain on it, coffee maker was kinda gross, shower took about 5 minutes to get hot. And to boot: they actually charge guests for parking, and don’t have a continental breakfast. The only option is Anchor Bar breakfast at exorbitant prices. Seriously, making guests pay for parking and no breakfast? I mean, cmon. Probably won’t be back if I can find accommodations that don’t nickel and dine guests
