Booked this as it was required for a youth hockey tournament, cost for room was almost $300 a night!
The good:
Location is awesome and having the restaurant attached that accepts large parties is a big plus! Room was reasonably cleaned as would be expected. View is very nice!
The ok:
We booked a “suite” as we needed and wanted a little extra room. The suite was simply another room that was gutted and they through a bed/couch and tv in the room. The light was by the second door which the keycard wouldn’t even open so you have to walk through the room to even turn on the single light in the room.
The bad:
Toilet paper is stored on the back of the toilet as they don’t have working holders, simple fix but the cleaning crew would’ve noticed this and should’ve been fixed. The bathroom door doesn’t latch/lock and can just be pushed open (not ideal with smaller kids). Bathroom sink drains extremely slow and will overflow after a couple uses!
Management was made aware, but admitted they aren’t a “fan of the suites” either. Just think they could do a little more, and would make it feel like you would expect from a room of this rate!

I had a really good experience staying here. The hotel was clean, comfy, and in a great location. But what really stood out was the service!
Mr. Murad at the front desk was amazing – super friendly, caring, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares that much about guests.
Overall, a great place to stay!

Please fire the female worker in-house, kelly, at this hotel who deals with picking up the phone. She has zero hospitality and an attitude problem. She also has a hard time understanding a situation and explains something completely different from what was asked. She also kept saying check-in is 11PM and when I confirmed a few times she switched it to AM and had a tone to gaslight me.
I’d also like to add the their female manager on deck on 10/30/25, is a scammer. Kelly quoted that her manager said they can accommodate a “guaranteed 9am check in” if I purchase the cost of an extra night to make up for the early check in of simply dropping my baggage off from the airport at 9am. To put this into perspective, 2 nights with their standard check-in and check-out hours of 4pm and 11am respectively, is 38 hours total. The manager wanted me to pay the cost of an extra night for simply dropping my baggage my bags at 9am (26 hours total) while I leave to go to my tour and come back more than likely in the evening. Not even a prorated rate.
As an IHG member, this is the worst type of dealings I’ve had.
