  This hotel was AWESOME, my sister & I went for a wedding there, & room was super clean, service was GREAT, the agent at f/d was very kind & very helpful he works swing shift. During the stay the servers at the wedding were very attentive to everyone's needs, Alex, Katrina, & Tina thank you for GREAT service. What was very nice about room was all plug ins & USB ports all over the room can't have enough of those. Thank you to everyone at hotel for making our experience memorable. View from room was breathtaking.

  We had the absolute best experience at the Crowne Plaza and especially with Denise who coordinated our wedding. She was organized, professional, kind and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the staff was attentive, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Denise's expertise and the staff. A special shout out to our waitress, Tina. She was amazing as well. Our guest couldn't stop complimenting the food, the service and how seamless the entire evening felt. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Denise and the Crowne Plaza team made it feel effortless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!! I would highly recommend this venue if you are planning your wedding.

  Overall, it was not the best stay. The walls were SUPER thin that a neighbor’s alarm actually woke me up. We also had to switch room after the first room being next to some super rowdy obnoxious teens. My in-laws ended up next to an ice machine and said that thing was so loud and felt like it shook the place up when it ran. Area was alright. It was next to some sketchy neighborhoods, but also close to all the stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. Rooms themselves weren’t all bad. The bed did give me backaches though. I think next time, we’d just stay by the falls which the reason for the trip.

  I am a member of IHG.stayed 10/25 supposed to be a upgrade from HIE, had to call twice to have the clogged toilet unstopped given instructions on how to flush asked to have a different room told she could move us but that would not fix the issue later used restroom in the lobby and it stopped up as leaving we saw maids cleaning up overflowing toilet lucky if you could find the front clerk she was usually coming from the kitchen with food mattress must be second hand from the local prison food was horrible we saw many dogs there staying at this hotel.Room was extremely small entire hotel needs upgrades if I could give less then a 1 star I would.We cut our vacation short just to get out of this horrible place went to the front desk to let the clerk know and of course she wasn’t there the electrical outlet need replaced when drying my hair the plug kept falling out of the outlet. I will be contacting Crown franchise to let them know how they are being represented. I will also be calling the city of Niagara Falls to see when the last time this building was inspected to see if they approved this building for occupancy. People that stay here need to make reviews because this is more of the pay per hour hotel rather than to bring a family for vacation stay. The list goes on there was no soap that should have been checked before arrival. The best I guess is where once the toilet was unclogged was the drippings remaining in the elevator floor. The SOP for flushing is to pee, then flush, finish your business then flush then wipe and flush. My main concern is that may present health issues. I spent 30000 of my points for a night stay, worth maybe 200 points just to get a night sleep. I will for the rest of my life pass this on to other people so they may not waste their family time. How someone can rate this hotel more than one star is mind bending. Must be hotel friends making ratings. Beware read all reviews you will notice the complaints made have been consistent with other very dissatisfied customers.
