  We stayed at the hotel on April 10 and 11, and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff were helpful, the pool was warm, and the rooms were clean. However, the next morning's breakfast experience was disappointing. The woman overseeing the buffet appeared to be dissatisfied with her role and displayed a noticeable aversion to children. She was visibly irritated with the kids, including my grandchild, whom she reprimanded for having syrup near the edge of the table. As I was waiting for toast, the woman abruptly pushed me aside to close the muffin display, which I found unnecessary. I will not return to the hotel due to this woman's behavior, as it suggests that she is not well-suited for her position. When I greeted her, she responded with a grunt.

  Breakfast included. 7:00-10:00 Check out time 11:00 Room service for wait up and last clean up call. Free parking . No need parking pass, just right outside of the door. Connivence location. Room renovated recently that we think. Nice and clean. But too noisy for the toliet water noise non-stop, specially over night. And the fan in the washroom sound like a tank when turn on the light. Only one switch , light and fan link to each others. and the old fan system in the room is crazy loud too. Without turning it on, the room is lack of air to come in. Even though they have comfortable bed, not too noisy to sleep . Suggest to change the systems abit . Not just upgrade for the hardware (funiture). Breakfast drinks option is limited. Coffee taste like water.(my buddy said) And for people like me who can not drink coffee / tea, they should also provide hot chocolate as second options as hot drink section. Even powder mix hot chocolate is fine too. But glad that they have Hot water to serve 24hours in the dinning area. Appreciated for that.

  So in the beginning everything was great we really enjoyed it. Stay for a total of about 12 days with my family. But around day 9 the manager got very rude and insultive. Said that we were gonna be put on a DNR list because we stayed there too long(remember it was them who allowed the stay) and because we were in that room for too long they "couldnt properly clean room". The manager even insulted me and told me our body smell was making the room smell because there wasn't proper circulation in the room. Absolutely disgusted the way we got treated those last 3 days. I was so uncomfortable with everything, that I literally recorded every interaction (one party consent state) from March 9th when i first spoke to manager to check out.. and took a video of the rooms condition when we left to show it was no different and actually cleaner than people who will spend a night there. Im very disappointed. Avoid if you are staying more than 3 days. I asked the manager if I was on the DNR list and he said he couldn't tell me til they looked at the room and saw how much cleaning they had to do..which was same as any other room, if not slightly cleaner. as seen on the video I took. Really disappointed

  I have been staying at this hotel for the last 13 plus years. I have never been disappointed in the hotel staff, the friendliness and helpfulness. It's like a home away from home and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable.
