  Great hotel close to all the attractions in NYC, awesome room overlooking the ESB from the PH. Absolutely great front desk staff. Raphael, Grace and Jay. Would love to visit again.

  Het hotel heeft een goede ligging. Je loopt zo vanuit het hotel de stad in of pakt de metro. De kamers zijn wat klein (New York standaard), maar voldoen aan alle faciliteiten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en helpt je graag. Wij hebben hier een week overnacht en het als zeer prettig ervaren. Het restaurant The Blacktap, gelegen naast het hotel, is een aanrader voor een lekkere burger en een drankje.

  The Kixby Hotel is ideally located in lower midtown. Plenty of quick access to underground stations. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything in them that you need. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd like to say a 'Big Thank You' to Grace who dealt with us moving rooms due to a water issue, also Jimmy and Jose who moved our suitcases. You must visit the Lookup, which is the Hotels Rooftop area with amazing views of the Empire State Building. The coffee port on the 2nd floor is great, you can also get water, flavoured water and ice, we used the computer to check in for our flights on the way home. The Black Tap Craft Burger place is attached to the Hotel, food was delicious. Definitely recommend and would book again if I come vack to NYC.

  Hemos estado genial! Muy bien ubicados para movernos por donde queríamos para visitar los sitios más destacados de la ciudad. La habitación está muy bien y se agradece disponer de sábanas y toallas de calidad (Frette). Y el personal, todo el personal, es súper amable. Cuando volvamos a NY, volveremos a reservar. José nos asignó una habitación que cumplía nuestras expectativas y Grace y Lena fueron muy amables en el check in y check out. O el director o los dueños deben estar muy pendientes de todo, se nota!

  The Kixby Hotel is wonderful! The hotel is very stylish and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. They helped arrange a set up for my spouse’s birthday upon arrival and it was absolutely perfect! A special thanks to Olesia - so kind and extremely helpful.
