  I absolutely love staying at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side and would give it 10 stars if I could. This has easily become my favorite hotel in New York for business travel. There are hotels closer to my office, but I always choose this one because it’s truly worth being a little further downtown. The staff are the best—so kind and helpful in every way possible, no matter if you arrive early in the morning or late at night. A special thank you to Tiberius, Alisha, and Donald for always making every stay such a great experience. The rooms are always clean and, for a New York hotel, very spacious. The showers have excellent water pressure and stay hot even during longer showers, which is a huge plus. The location is also perfect, with several nearby train stops and amazing restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. I also love that they have a pool, fitness center, and an onsite spot to grab breakfast. And for anyone concerned about the nightclub, it has never been an issue for me—I’ve stayed on the floor right above it during the summer season, and the music did not bother my sleep at all. I like the Hotel Indigo brand so much that when I travel outside of New York, it’s the first hotel I look for. If you’re considering staying here, book it—you won’t regret it.

  We were put on the 12th floor, immediately under the club on the 14th floor, and at midnight, the bass was blasting so much the entire room was vibrating and the music was extremely loud. The entire floor evacuated to other floors, and the staff told us this happened every weekend. This shouldn't be a thing: they should block the adjacent floors, who's paying 400$/night to be woken up at 00:10? HOWEVER: staff was great and helpful! Location is also wonderful. Just request a room very high up (24th!) or super low, no where near the 14th floor.

  I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Hotel Indigo Lower East Side—and especially about Corey, who truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Corey went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What started as a quick getaway turned into something incredibly special thanks to her kindness and attention to detail. We upgraded to the penthouse, and it completely elevated our entire experience. The view, the space, the vibe—it was all perfect. But what stood out even more than the upgrade was Corey herself. She was warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about making guests feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who turns great service into a memorable experience, but that’s exactly what she did. If you’re staying here, you’re already in a great spot—but if you’re lucky enough to cross paths with Corey, just know your stay is about to get even better. Thank you for making our trip so special—we’ll definitely be back!

  Just spent two weeknights at Hotel Indigo on the LES. What a great location! It’s a fun little hotel with eclectic decor, perfect for the LES. There is a cool rooftop restaurant that’s open for breakfast and dinner with great views of the whole city. The managers Teddie and Joe went out of their way to ensure we had great hospitality and they were very kind. Overall, clean, accessible and friendly! Hope to be back soon! Also, Paul, the door guy, was a gem ❤️

  Best value in the neighborhood, hands down. You can get a room with a spectacular view for what a closet costs in other LES hotels. Design is spare and inviting. Premium rooms are best—but the premium rooms cost what basic rooms cost elsewhere in the LES. However: the service. I’m a longtime New Yorker, and I know from brusque attitude not being necessarily rude. This ain’t it. Multiple front desk peeps get legit mad at me for asking questions. Most don’t look you in the eye. Bro barked “ID!” when I started spelling my name for the reservation—before I finished speaking. Clearly they’re swamped—big hotel—and maybe understaffed? I can’t stay mad at people in a service role. It’s a lot to deal with. But. I stay here almost every time I come to New York, and I’m gonna keep doing it, because, like I say, tremendous value, best neighborhood. Just wish they’d take a lesson from their neighbors, say, across the street, or down a couple blocks—way less worthwhile hotels, but they’re nice to you.
