  Customer service here is impeccable. Long story short: My third party booker messed up and confirmed a reservation that they had not confirmed with the hotel (no fault of the hotel here). Managers Ivan and Chante went literally above and beyond. The two spent hours trying to not just find me other accommodations, but options that were close by, within my budget, and up to par with 48LEX. I can't wait to actually stay here, it is such a weight off any traveler's mind when they don't have to sweat the small stuff, and this staff really gives 110% to make sure you have a stress-free stay in the city.

  I never write reviews for anything, but in this instance I believe its warranted so as to save another couple from the same predicament. Unfortunately I could not give this hotel 0 stars. The sheets were dirty and my wife found a hair on the bed. The overall cleanliness was lacking. We literally walked in and out of the room immidiately and returned the keys at reception. They offered another room but my assumption is that's the same the level of service they have throughout the hotel. Trust me when I tell you this is not a 4 star hotel look else where. Save yourself the time and money.
