- SDSyd DaggittApr 3, 20261.0My fiancée and I had a trip planned to NYC when we unexpectedly got a call that my fiancée’s father fell critically ill and family should remain close 8 hours before our flight out. We tried calling as soon as their lines opened, and were basically shrugged off by the host. My fiancée explained the situation and offered to provide proof, and the woman on the other end would not even let him finish his sentence. She did not offer a refund, partial refund, a credit, or even reschedule the date. She was incredibly rude and insensitive. My fiancée and I are now out $800 on top of everything we were already going through. Will not be recommending or staying at a Holiday Inn ever again. Completely inhumane experience and service.

Es hat eine tolle Lage. 10min zur Brooklyn Bridge, gleich ums Eck ist der Broadway und die Wallstreet. 15min laufen und dann ist man am Hudson River und an der kostenlosen Ferry. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Fast Food Ketten in der Nähe. Das Personal ist nett. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir in der obersten Etage (20. Stock) waren, deswegen haben wir die Straße nicht gehört. Unser Zimmer hatte einen etwas größeren Schlitz an der Tür, somit ist ziemlich viel Licht in der Nacht durchgedrungen, aber wir haben immer Handtücher hingelegt, dann war‘s kein Problem. Und die Wände waren dünn. Den Wecker von unserem Nachbarn haben wir z.B. gehört. Aber Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super. Die Ubahn Station „Fulton Street“ ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt und von dort fahren sehr viele verschiedene Ubahn-Linien. Also wir würden wieder hier herkommen 👍🏼
- JVjithin m vMar 17, 20265.0Stayed at Holiday Inn Wall Street for 2 nights. Great location—very close to most tourist attractions, which made getting around super easy. Rooms are a bit smaller compared to other Holiday Inns, but they’re cozy and well maintained. Overall, had a really nice stay!
