  Personale gentile, struttura un po' datata, con moquette e mobili anni 80. Il dispenser del ghiaccio su alcuni piani può essere utile salvo avere vicini di camera nottambuli che lo utilizzano a notte fonda.

  Hotel tem ótima localização, é possível ir a muitas atrações andando. Café da manhã simples, mas nos atendeu bem, não há meses suficientes, então levava para comer no quarto. Café e água a vontade. Recepção prestativa e atenciosa (algumas encomendas nossas chegaram lá durante nossa estadia). Ficamos no sexto andar, em um dos dias o barulho da rua atrapalhou um pouco durante a noite. Não tivemos problemas com elevador. Voltaríamos a ficar lá

  Excelente relación precio / calidad. Eramos 1 pareja que íbamos a estar 5 noches conociendo nueva york y la elección del hotel fue óptima. Personal amable, excelente ubicación (rápido acceso a metro y a muchas atracciones a pie), habitaciones amplias para lo que son otros hoteles del estilo, limpias y bien equipadas, incluso necesitaba un frigobar para guardar insulina por diabetes y me lo consiguieron. Lo único que si vale la pena aclarar: el desayuno es básico (te o café, tostadas, panqueques, huevos, alguna fruta, a veces yogurth y cereales y nada más) como para salir del apuro de tener que comprarte en un café el desayuno todos los días. Si bien el hotel no está en la calle principal el ruido de las bocinas, etc. Se escucha bastante y si tienen problemas para dormir con ruido, aquí un poco llega es la realidad. Para lo caro y pequeño que es todo en NYC me pareció muy conveniente.

  Convenient to lots of things and public transport. There are only 6 rooms per floor. Elevators and hot water are hard to come by during busy hours like check out and check in. I didn’t even try to get breakfast, too crowded. A few snacks and drinks available for purchase, but there are plenty of delis nearby.no microwave or mini fridge in the room.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Holiday Inn Express Times Square. My family and I stayed at the hotel from Friday to Sunday, and during that time, my son accidentally left his bag in the breakfast area. We are absolutely certain it was left inside the hotel, as there was nowhere else it could have been. We only realized it was missing later that day and immediately returned to the hotel hoping the staff could help. Unfortunately, the response we received was extremely frustrating. The staff showed no willingness to assist us — they did not properly check if the item had been found, made no effort to review security cameras, and offered no real support or guidance. To make matters worse, inside the bag was my son’s Brazilian passport, with a valid U.S. visa, under the name Gustavo Pompeo Cardoso. This situation caused us a huge inconvenience and significant stress throughout our trip. The lack of care and responsibility was shocking. The employees were unhelpful, dismissive, and unpleasant throughout the entire interaction. What could have been a simple effort to help a guest turned into a very negative experience. Overall, the service was terrible, and the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service we experienced.
