  It's hard to express how happy I am back and restored with my healthy and without any surgery. I actually have relief from symptoms I didn't even know that I had the watchful waiting period before I chose to contact doctor uyi and believe me I just got cured from colon cancer, and pressure that grew right along with my health.   Je mets 3 étoiles, non pas pour le personnel, souriant et accueillant toujours présents en cas de problème. Ce qui a été notre cas, une réservation à etage élevé a été faite par notre agence, nous nous retrouvons au niveau -1 pas du tout accueillant les fenêtres sont sales la porte se ferme à peine..après une demande auprès des réceptionnistes le lendemain nous avons retrouvé une chambre déçante ! Et heureusement car au niveau-1 qql jours suivant des travaux ont commencé. Pour le pti dej un vrai pti dej américain ne pas s attendre à un dej européen. Nous cela nous a convenu par contre la salle est vite remplie et bruyante. Hotel a rénover! Avec un local poubelle cela évitera la rencontrer avec des nuisibles !!

  Nice hotel. Not the location I would have picked, but ok. 1 Elevator went out for a bit while there. Definitely construction going on, actually early on a Saturday morning we awoke to it outside our room. A bit shocked they didn't offer a small market or necessities area. Needed a chocolate fix and suffered. Overall a good sleep and that's what counts!

  I booked a room for 3 people but the sofa bed available in the was the worst ever! I couldn't even open it because there wasn't enough room!! (See picture) so they sent someone to help and they literally had to REARRANGE the whole entire room, move ALL the furniture around just to open it. You cannot advertise this room for 3 people, the space is ridiculous!! The mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs during the night, I could barely sleep. Also, there was a big school group in our floor and they were extremely loud even on quiet hours. They were extremely disturbing after midnight, waking up me and family that came from Brazil for the first time, definitely not a great experience in NYC. I don't understand why they couldn't put us in a different floor if there was such a big (loud) group together. Definitely too expensive for this poorly experience. I've stayed in multiple (cheaper) hotels in NYC before and this one was by far the worst! I would not recommend this place and I'll never stay there again!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell and there was a strong humidity odor throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with my family . The room was located underground, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Considering the high price we paid, this was very disappointing and did not feel like good value at all. Noise was another major issue. There is absolutely no soundproofing—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, as well as noise from the hallways . It was very difficult to rest. I asked to change rooms due to the smell as I was concerned for my daughter’s health, but the receptionist only offered neighbouring room on the same level with the exact same conditions, which did not solve the problem. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The combination of poor room conditions, excessive noise, and lack of adequate customer service made this a frustrating experience. If I can put 0 start I will do it
