  Dear Management, I am currently a guest at the hotel, and I wanted to bring a concerning incident to your attention. I observed one of your employees—approximately 5'10", with braids, possibly working as a doorman, security, or bellman—engaged in a verbal altercation with a gentleman outside the hotel. The situation escalated to the point where the employee was yelling, challenging the individual to a fight, and even mentioning what time his shift would end. This behavior was highly unprofessional and does not reflect well on the hotel, especially since front-facing staff represent your establishment. Several people in the area witnessed the incident, and it was quite noticeable. I would strongly recommend reviewing your security cameras, as the interaction should be clearly visible.   An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and extremely comfortable, and every detail is perfectly taken care of. The staff is outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and top-quality products. Truly a five-star stay and I would gladly return.
