  Stayed 2 nights middle of April 2026, this was a good choice and good experience in general, but unfortunately left quite a few things to be desired! ** staff were great, very friendly and very helpful ** room size was very good for NYC ** room was clean, TV very good, housekeeping very good, shower and restroom working very well ** location is very good, pretty close to the subway and many things around, quiet neighbourhood ** breakfast area is nice, but order from a menu no buffet ** vending area is nice, but expensive ** business area is one computer which did not work well at all ** very noisy ice machine should not be placed in the middle of the floor, it should be placed off to the side or the end! ** biggest problem was room ventilation: it was not working at all the first day so the room was extra hot, then "fixed" and started cooling so much that the room was "freezing" the next day!

  Pessimo servizio Ho prenotato per 2 adulti e un bambino colazione inclusa . In realtà la camera2+1 non prevede che il figlio abbia la colazione 😳 quindi abbiamo pagato extra . A colazione non fatevi venire la voglia di succo e caffè perché avrete incluso o l uno o l’ altro . Il secondo a pagamento . Insomma la camera 2 + 1 non prevede che pagando in 3 si mangi in 3 , la camera lascia a desiderare . Non bene

  Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare centrale.Chambre propre et suffisamment spatieuse pour y dormir . Une salle de bain avec une belle douche et produits disponibles. La literie ainsi que les oreillers sont excellents. Le petit frigo est un plus avec sa cafetière à dosettes . La terrasse pour le café du matin très agréable . Nous n avons pas été gêné par le bruit, hotel calme . Juste un petit bémol, un serveur avec un tablier en cuir qui vous regarde bizarrement dès que vous faites un pas dans l espace bar restauration 😁 Si un un jour nous revenons sur New York certainement que nous séjournerons dans cet hôtel . Merci à tous le personnel pour cette belle semaine passée dans l établissement.

  Multiple amenities promised online (slippers, bottled water) were missing. No luggage rack, no extra chair… The room is tiny and occupied with unnecessary gym equipment and columns, leaving no space to open 2 luggages together. Service was the biggest issue. The morning reception staff was rude and dismissive. They also left our stored luggage unattended in the lobby without telling us it had been brought up. Without hotel slippers, I ended up having to walk to a far CVS to buy my own slippers because the website information was wrong. Extremely disappointing and painful experience. (And the staff told me we can buy slippers from the DR nearby . But no luck! Got misled again!) Location is convenient though.

  I spent 4 nights here with 4 colleagues and 32 of our students in March - April. We were all so impressed with the design and cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness and attentive nature of staff and the amazing breakfasts! It really exceeded our expectations. They were so kind to us and made everything so easy. A nice walk to all of the sites we wanted to see and to grand central as our link further afield. I highly recommend this hotel.
