Even cheap motels have a proper bed which you can get in and out off easily and not have to go over the arm rest of the couch when bed is closed! The side tables are not usable as they are blocked by the bed frame. The hotel cannot provide proper sized cups for coffee. The coffee maker makes double the amount of coffee than the cup can hold and thankfully I was standing next to it and quickly put in another cup. The bath tub wouldn’t drain properly, the body lotion bottle was empty. Need I say more??

They advertised included breakfast, but I had to pay. No on-site parking; $96 overnight elsewhere. The room and view were nice, but overall, it didn’t meet expectations.

There were tons of people available during a very busy time and customer service was top tier. The staff were super friendly with my young son, cracking jokes and made the usually stressful process of checking in and getting settled, easy and light hearted. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in NYC.
