  We just got back from my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk folks are exceptional. They helped me upgrade to a larger room when my daughter needed to join us at the last minute. It is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It is pretty central to the west side and love the location for going in and out of Central Park. Thank you soo much for a wonderful stay!

  Hôtel idéalement situé, mais clairement vieillissant. Une chambre située juste à côté de l’ascenseur m’a été attribuée. Or, celui-ci est extrêmement bruyant, au point de donner l’impression de dormir dans le métro… Suite à ma réclamation, on m’a d’abord proposé des bouchons d’oreilles. Payer plus de 500 $ la nuit pour devoir dormir avec des bouchons me paraît tout simplement inacceptable. Par ailleurs, les deux chambres que j’ai occupées donnaient toutes deux sur un mur situé à environ trois mètres de la fenêtre, ce qui est très loin de l’expérience new-yorkaise « magique » que l’on peut espérer à ce tarif. Il s’agit bien entendu de mon expérience personnelle ; chacun en tirera les conclusions qu’il jugera utiles.

  Great mid-town location, great service. It's an older, charming, smaller building, and that is exactly what we like. I picked the Warwick for it's medium size, bc I'm not a fan of hotels with crowded lobby and elevators. Staff was super-helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

  I am part of a group that travels to NYC each year since 2021. In the few couple of years we were able to successfully secure a group rate. Last year, despite calling as early as August 2025, the hotel was evasive about giving us a group discount rate. As a result we cancelled our reservation and took our business elsewhere. I received my credit card bill in January 2026 and saw that the hotel charged me over 900. for the cancelled reservation. When I called Lisa Chin and management to inquire about what happened they stated the reservation was not cancelled. I have BOTH phone calls and emails which verify our communication. I have asked for a full refund and still did not receive it. Now when I call I get the runaround and still no answer to the refund. How else does something like this get reported? Has this happened to anyone else? My group and I visited NYC (38 of us) and stayed at the Sheraton New York Times Square and had a great experience.

  I highly recommend staying at the Warwick New York Hotel. My friend and I chose Warwick because we genuinely trusted that we would have a wonderful and memorable experience and that is exactly what we received 🤩 From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations, especially the exceptional level of service. We had the absolute pleasure of interacting with an outstanding team, and in particular with Alain ❤️. Alain is an incredible manager professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. This five-star review is especially dedicated to him, as he supported us during a moment when we truly needed assistance. He handled the situation promptly, efficiently, and with great care, and resolved it in a very short time. We are deeply grateful to Alain, as well as to the front desk team, for their professionalism, warmth, and dedication. Their hospitality made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Warwick New York Hotel is a place we would gladly return to and recommend without hesitation.
