Brilliant location, rooms larger than the average tiny NYC hotel room, friendly staff and as we were high floor we didn’t ever have any issues with the lifts. The kids loved the popcorn and hot chocolate station in the lobby that they were able to help themselves too in the afternoon and evenings. WiFi was great and the free welcome cocktail was well received.

I was traveling with my best friend and my daughter, my flight had been delayed, and I was frantic, frustrated, and exhausted after rushing to make a train and then an Uber just to get to the hotel. From the moment we checked in, Alex at the front desk completely changed the experience for me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He immediately struck up a warm conversation, made me feel welcome, and somehow knew exactly how to take my mind off everything I had just gone through. His calm, friendly energy helped me relax when I needed it most. Alex went above and beyond just checking us in — he made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. His compassion and professionalism meant more to me than he probably realizes. Because of him, what started as a stressful day turned into a positive and memorable beginning to our New York trip.
