The shorts were not found, and since things simply don’t disappear, the only option was that someone from the staff stole them. It felt incredibly disappointing to end our wonderful 11-night stay at this hotel on such a negative note.

The rooms were impressively spacious for New York yet still felt cozy and inviting, with modern décor and thoughtful amenities that made the stay exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and Central Park—perfect for exploring the city’s top attractions. The staff was friendly special thanks for Marina and Ivette at the front desk very attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Small touches, like the welcome house drink called Flamingo , added a personal and charming vibe to the experience. Overall Voco Times Square exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again for another NYC trip.
- AAAoooFeb 4, 20265.0Voco Times Square South, NY was a good hotel with good service. They gave us free drink vouchers when we arrived. The rooms are small of course because it’s New York City so I don’t understand why people complain about room size in New York City. it is what it is. The drinks were actually really good when we used the vouchers. The room was clean and nice and came with two complementary water bottles. Less than 10 minutes walk to Penn Station. The location was perfect right around the corner from Times Square in Manhattan and I would definitely stay there again.
