The people who work there are so welcoming and helpful. And staying on the upper east side is much, much nicer than staying in Midtown (which is easily accessible by the 6 Train which is steps away).

I stayed in the “cozy” room with a queen size bed. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice shower with good water pressure. I felt very safe in this quiet, lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and loved the location for its easy walking proximity to the museums I wanted to see.

The hotel provided just what I was looking for... a clean, comfortable and cozy experience during my stay. The location was very important and this property met my needs. 2 min walk to Sturbucks, 5 min walk to Whole Foods and 15 min walk to Lanox Hill Hospital. Kudos to Amber at the front desk who assisted me during the check-in process. Her attention to my needs exceeded my expectations.
