  Have stood here many times for a cheap staycation in NYC. Always very clean and accommodating. Very friendly staff, very hospitable. Definitely recommend!10/10

  I highly recommend this hotel for its price and amenities. The rooms are clean, and all services are very satisfying. The staff are kind and supportive. The location is excellent for getting to Times Square. Breakfast is also good. This is my favorite hotel in Manhattan so far.

  Extremely disappointing experience. My flight to NYC was cancelled due to the blizzard — completely beyond my control. I contacted the hotel immediately requesting cancellation consideration. The front desk was dismissive and repeatedly hid behind “policy” without any empathy. Policies matter — but so does basic customer service during a weather emergency. Very disappointing. Several options around this inconsiderate hotel!

  🚨 Nightmare alert: bed bugs 🐛 forced an immediate checkout. Rooms are cramped, cleanliness is questionable, and breakfast chaos adds insult to injury. Staff are friendly but can’t fully save this stay. Location is decent, but unless you love itchy regrets, steer clear! 🛏️❌⚠️

  Mixed feelings about this one. We got our room for under 100$ which is amazing for Manhattan. Our room was out dated, not as clean as we hoped, but also no bed bugs or anything like that. The bathroom tap was honestly either boiling or cold, hard to get anything in between. The free breakfast is super basic, coffee was terrible and seating area is tiny and food ran out quickly. Simple things like having hot water was hard to come by. They would fill the thermos when Luke warm water. Toaster has 4 slots, 2 of which not functioning for the majority of our stay. How hard is it to get a functioning toaster for your guests? All in all, I think it's a good value, but if picky, perhaps it's not for you. I think they have a lot of room for improvemet. They need to pay more attention to the maintenance and amenities they provide to their guests.
