We stayed on the 34th floor and somehow were lucky enough to get a corner room with views out one window to The Empire State Building and another to Central Park - that was the best part of this room! It was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and towels were very tired but hot water and pressure great after long cold days exploring the city. For $500 a night after taxes and everything I maybe was ignorantly expecting a bit more but it was NY between Christmas and New Years and it was BUSY. Elevators took forever in fact we almost missed Uber to airport because it took us 6 elevators and required the 2 of us to split up just to get down with a suitcase each. Overall a B+

All night long you hear the elevator or the heater , its extremely loud and makes it hard to sleep. Shower barely works. Half the water comes out of the tub spout. Also you only get one body towel, and no hand towels. so enjoy sharing. Room has no bottled water, but dont worry you can buy it downstairs for $8. Just choose a different hotel, this one's not worth your money.
