Exzellente Lage, tolles Hotel, moderne Lobby, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, die Aussicht aus dem 42. Stock ist der Hammer - danke für das kostenlose Upgrade! Zwar ohne Frühstück, aber dafür bekommt man täglich einen 10$ Gutschein für Kaffee und Tee (auch to go). Auch bekommt man täglich 2 frische Wasserflaschen ins Zimmer gestellt. Schönes, helles, modernes Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront (bodentiefe Fenster), großes bequemes Bett. Mit 3 großen Koffern allerdings eine Herausforderung, was den Platz im Zimmer betrifft. Auch sammelte sich gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts schon viel Staub im Zimmer (wir waren fast 3 Wochen dort) - bin mir aber sicher, dass hier gewischt worden wäre, wenn wir es angesprochen hätten.

Las habitaciones aunque pequeñas son suficientes. Tuvimos una vista hermosa y siempre muy limpio el cuarto.
La ubicación maravillosa.
Creo que es l servicio si tiene mucho por mejorar. Te cobran por paquetes de Amazon, tienes que solicitar el café al cuarto porque no hay cafetera; lo mismo que la plancha.

When we first arrived it was 8:30am (yes check in is not until 3pm but when I called about early check in potentially since we have a infant I was told “it shouldn’t be a problem”. So we get there around 9pm and they said go to breakfast and when you get back the room will be ready. We go and then come back around 11:30. They tell us they are just waiting for the final check of the room and it’ll be ready in a few minutes… an hour goes by and now they tell us not til 3. We leave and come back again at 4 and they tell us that our room still isn’t ready but they can give us another room? How did it go from being almost ready at 8:30am to not ready at 4pm??? Just tell us it won’t be ready and leave it at that.
Next, our room was hot. It was set to 74 and the whole time we were there we couldn’t get it below 73. With a very small room and 3 adults and an infant this felt extremely hot and uncomfortable. Our phone in the room didn’t work and when we tried to call on our cell phones no one would answer. We asked for ice multiple times and never received it. We ordered room service and the food was horrible. The fries were under cooked and soggy, the burger was not cooked all the way and the $30 shrimp and caesar salad was the size of a side salad if that. On top of all this (we only booked for 2 nights), our toilet stopped working and just wouldn’t flush. The elevators took forever and we had to use them as we were in the 41st floor. I would never book another stay here.
The only positive was the beds were comfortable, the views were nice, and the location was great.

I initially gave this a different rating, but based on the lovely response of the staff and management I’m giving it the five stars it deserves
The service staff on the restaurant are very friendly and super kind
The staff were super responsive to simple requests like late checkout and additional toiletries
And just look at the views and lounge! Stunning and great attention to detail. Kudos to the management for being responsive to my earlier feedback!

I'm a Hilton Diamond member and often stay here for work. Don't bother with the online check-in in the app. When it prompted me to do so, I took time to select my room, only to arrive and find out I still needed to check in at the front desk and was given a less desirable room. When I gave feedback that was a not a good experience, I was given two free bottles of water - that's not what I wanted - I didn't want anything other than a commitment to improve, plus the water would have been covered by the resort fee anyway (I got them every time). The front desk was pretty disorganized. I was waiting politely for my turn for a long time, and someone just cut in and they let that happen. This wasn't unique, as the lack of organization and customer focus (such as greeting) was pretty consistent during my multiple stays before. I usually let such things go since I stay here for work but this last time the lack of improvement over time bothered me. On the positive - the room is not big but very clean and well serviced. The location is easy, with great restaurants within walking distance. I'm staying somewhere else next time though for a change.
