  Honestly one of the best hotel stays I've had in the city. The location is perfect, you're walking distance from the subway so getting around is easy. The room was spotless, housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, and I slept like a baby every single night. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, the kind of service you don't forget. (Special shoutout to Marissa, Omar, Zaida, & Maneal) The restaurant downstairs was a great bonus too, good food, good drinks, no need to go far when you just want to decompress after a long day out. Yes there's noise. You're in New York City. That's literally the point. If you want silence, don't come to Manhattan! Would stay again without hesitation. 10/10.

  The location of the hotel is excellent – right in the city center, with everything within reach. The rooms offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the bed in our room 3803 was amazing – big and very comfortable. I slept like babie and felt fully rested for the next day. During my stay at Hilton on 24th Street, I had a beautiful view of downtown. Every morning I was greeted by a stunning city skyline and sunrise, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended.

  I am a Hilton honors member and always stay with Hilton. I also regularly go to my local Hilton restaurant because the food is fab and staff is non-intrusive and discreet but super nice when you need them. This Hilton was the same: nice staff, great food and service (bar, reception). However, the housekeeping is a nightmare in this hotel. They don’t come only in the morning when you leave your room, but do work throughout the day. They are extremely loud, smashing carts into walls, smashing doors, talking very loudly, etc. On my fourth day, I was away from 7.30 am, and returned around 1.30 pm. The room was not cleaned, which is fine because I don’t care about cleaning every day. There are enough towels and toiletries. But then they came at 3 pm and harassed me for half an hour. I had a back pain and felt sick so I said no for the service but they would not leave. They kept asking, then called my room number, then my phone, then knocking again. If someone is locked in the room and says no to the service in the afternoon, which part do you not understand? Eventually, I lost it, which is very rare for me because I normally never say what I think and am always polite but this was just too much even for me. This was my first visit to New York. When I come again, I will see if I can book some other Hilton as I will not give up on the company because of this one crazy place. I do hope this gets sorted out because the location and facilities were otherwise amazing.

  A fantastic 5-star stay in a great part of the city. The service was impeccable (5/5), and both the rooms and location were high-quality (4/5). It’s a reliable, professional, and very comfortable choice for a Chelsea visit.

  La chambre avait une vue incroyable !! Merci encore à Brittney pour avoir changé la chambre pour qu'elle soit en hauteur ! La chambre est très propre et le ménage est fait tout les jours. La chambre est bizarrement agencée avec le lavabo de la salle de bain dans la chambre mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. On entends un peu les portes des autres chambres claquer et des fois on entends la télé des chambres à côté mais encore une fois ce n'est pas dérangeant. Prévoyez une caution de 700$ prise à votre check in pour 1 semaine (j'aurais aimé le savoir). Vous avez le droit également à 10$ de réduction par chambre et par jour au restaurant/bat de l'hôtel. Le concierge qui s'occupe des valises était très très gentil et parle français. L'ambiance générale y est très agréable. L'hôtel est très très bien situé et à côté du métro. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
