  Just spent three nights at this hotel. Manhattan hotels are so small you can't move around. This had a lot of room for two people. Queen size bed. A couch that turned out to a bed and a full Manhattan style kitchen, refrigerator, stove top microwave. Bathroom was small but very efficient. I don't know the young lady who checked me in but she was simply spectacular. Everybody very friendly every time you left and re-enter the building. I use the gym. This hotel has all you need for a comfortable stay in NYC.

  Scrivo questa recensione dalla hall dell’hotel, purtroppo il nostro soggiorno qui è terminato e stiamo aspettando il taxi. Che dire, questo hotel prenotato per caso ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa e ci ha regalato un bellissimo soggiorno a New York. Parto dalla posizione: super centrale a due passi da Times Square, ma fuori dal caos! Vicinissima alla stazione di Penn station che collega qualsiasi posto. La struttura è veramente bella e soprattutto accogliente, con divani e camino perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intera in giro per la città. Sempre a disposizione degli ospiti h24 c’è acqua (con cui è possibile riempire le proprie borracce), the, caffè, tisane, latte e cioccolata calda. La presenza del latte mi ha aiutato anche con mio figlio, dato che lo beve ancora prima di dormire (scendevo dalla camera la sera a prenderlo e lo scaldavo nel microonde della camera). La colazione molto buona, ha tutto l’occorrente e soprattutto la parte salata varia ogni giorno. Consentono inoltre di preparare delle box per portare via del cibo dalla colazione, cosa che ci ha fatto risparmiare molto per avere degli spuntini da lasciare in camera per la sera. Inoltre, consentono anche di prendere cibo da asporto (che può essere anche consegnato presso la struttura) e di consumarlo nei tavoli della hall. Infine servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito! Che dire, tutto eccezionale!! Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la fantastica accoglienza e il servizio super! Torneremo senz’altro in questo hotel in futuro!!

  Hotel muy bien situado. Cerca de estaciones como Port Authority y Penn Station. Calle tranquila. El personal muy amable, se valora que atiendan en español, en particular Félix, muy atento y siempre diligente y servicial tanto en el desayuno como para subirte a la habitación cualquier cosa que necesites. Además apreciamos haber tenido opciones sin gluten en el desayuno. Sin duda volveremos a este Hotel y esperamos encontrar a Félix y a todo su equipo.

  It was a very satisfying place. It was quiet and clean, close to major tourist attractions, and easy to get around with the subway and bus routes. Breakfast is free and changes little by little every day, and you can pack it up in a box. Water, coffee and hot chocolate are always in the lobby, and if you request towels, they brought you back in no time. Next time I visit New York, I will visit again.

  Location location location! First time in New York and being a tourist. Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Theatre District, Penn Station. There is a pharmacy close. Always felt safe in the area. The breakfast is the only great hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Always tea, hot chocolate, coffee, filtered water in the lobby to fill bottles. On check-out day they kept our luggage until our flight left. We got ours at 3 pm, and they had dozens of bags left so it seems like they would have kept longer. The gym is open 24/7 which I appreciated because I like working out late. Of course, super expensive and normally I would have taken off a star for the cost, but it’s New York. Cost wise, this was middle of the road. I was scared it was going to be some hobo’s dive, like some hotels in Europe that photograph nice but in reality are repainted pieces of garbage. No complaints here. Comfy, clean. Perfect.
