  From the moment we arrived till the day we left the staff were so helpful and friendly Seen reviews around lifts and breakfast But we got breakfast ok every morning and got seated the breakfast staff were lovely and kept the place clean and tidy and always topping things up. Room was big and clean with shampoo soap etc which smell amazing wish I could of found some to buy to take home Room was cleaned every other day with clean towels etc They have a hairdryer in the bathroom Lifts you have to select your floor number then swipe your room card we didn’t wait to long either even when the fire alarm went off early hours in the morning ( false alarm ) and we had to evacuate it was organised to get back to our room. The day we were due to check out our flight got canceled due to the snow storm but the staff were so helpful and told us we could stay we got a voucher sent off our travel agents which we just had to show they checked us out then checked us back in and let us stay in the same room The man who sells the bus tours outside is the most friendliest man and welcomed us every morning with his smile and took time to chat to us telling us about his family etc so if you see him make sure you say hello to him he’s funny. They let us keep our luggage in storage when we finally left to go home and you could get free tea coffee etc from the room downstairs even booked us a taxi to the airport So thank you for our stay it was a pleasure to stay.

  Superbe Hôtel , chambre propre , mini cuisine à disposition, salle de bain correcte avec savon shampooing après shampooing démaquillant sèche cheveux crème pour le corps .. bien situé proche des métros bon petit dej et bonne communication avec le personnel petit point positif en plus pour leur appareil traducteur qui facilite la communication

  Buonasera, sono stata in questo hotel 2 anni fa e mi sono trovata molto bene. Sono ritornata con i miei figli e sto facendo una gran figura di merda...dalla mattina alla sera rumori di trapano automatico. Dopo aver camminato tanto non si può riposare ... È assordante. La vacanza con i miei figli è diventato un incubo. Cancellare questa struttura...

  Great Location for First-Time Visitors to New York! This hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting New York for the first time. It’s just 2 minutes from Times Square, with very convenient access to the metro. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also only a short 2-minute walk, which made sightseeing very easy. The room was on the smaller side (even though I had a suite), but everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. Room service was good, and there were several breakfast options available. They also offer luggage storage, which was very helpful. I was traveling with my 2-year-old, and they kindly provided early check-in at no extra charge, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great stay and very convenient location!

  This is a review for a stay back in April of 2025 (yes, I'm late, but better late than never) Room was tinier than I expected, but it served it's purpose. After all, my family was there to see NYC, not a hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️. It was a place to sleep, and it functioned great for that. Clean, with a good view, and very conveniently located. The staff was friendly, if harried (to be expected). My only real complaints were the complicated elevator system. Yes, for people who read, it's easy enough to figure out, but anyone who works in the service industry knows that people don't read. Therefore the elevators were consistently over crowded and delayed because people didn't use them correctly. Also, the breakfast situation... I'm not sure why they did the two level thing they did, but it was a hassle trying to walk up and down just to get the different things for breakfast. Still, it was a pleasant experience and I'm glad I chose this hotel for our stay!
