I’m so disappointed with the lack of communications from both yourselves and love holidays. We havnt even arrived and I have emailed again and again. I have called daily with to pick up. We are due to arrive tomorrow and the only response I have had is that we do not have a booking in my name (that is fully paid for) I still am none the wiser if I can check in. We should be excited and I havnt been able to look forward to our trip because you will not reply. I have given 2 different reference numbers and my full name and still no response

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y las habitaciones están muy bien. Ahora viene el porqué de una nota tan baja: hay dos cosas que no es que sean malas, son horribles. Lo primero y más frustrante, los ascensores. Hemos estado 9 noches y habremos esperado más de 2 o 3 horas perdidas, y eso cuando funcionan, porque si no, puedes acabar en cualquier planta y encima vuelve a esperar. El sistema es horrible.
Lo segundo, el desayuno, es lo más parecido a Los juegos del hambre. No hay mesas para todos los huéspedes y os podéis imaginar lo complicado que es poder sentarse a desayunar. El personal ayuda mucho y es amable, pero nunca en mi vida me había visto en la situación de luchar por un sitio para poder desayunar en un hotel. Luego, el desayuno es muy, muy justo, pero el día que consigues sentarte a desayunar, ya eso te da igual.
Y es una lástima porque las habitaciones y la ubicación son muy buenas. No repetiremos en el hotel en las próximas visitas.

Although I was hoping for a pleasant stay, my experience didn’t match what I expected. From my perspective, the staff didn’t seem genuinely willing to help, and their attitude often felt distant rather than welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was not at an acceptable level, as several details appeared to have been neglected.
The elevator was extremely slow, causing unnecessary delays, especially during peak hours, and the food was quite disappointing in both taste and overall quality.
Based on my stay, I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others until major improvements are made in service, cleanliness, facilities, and food quality. I believe it has potential, but it currently falls short of offering a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The only 2 good things about this hotel is 1) the position if you don't mind being in the middle of chaos (Times Square) and 2) the breakfast, which was ok, quite rich every morning. For the rest: avoid this hotel at all costs if you like going from your room to the lobby in 2 minutes, because you will end up waiting for an elevator for at least 20 minutes every morning! Shitty system, it looks fancy but it is hell on earth. We had to carry down our stroller for more than 9 flights of stairs, multiple times during our stay. Terrible, and the staff will not do anything about it! Just put a normal elevator system.......The room service was just meh: they never swept the floor or fixed the kitchen as they said they would. Barely made beds or changed towels, not even put new toiletries in the bathroom. And the room itself was quite small compared to what we paid for, especially when you have a sleeping baby cot in the room. Would definitely not stay here anymore.

- le petit déjeuner : quelques dizaines de places pour des centaines de personnes, beaucoup font demi tour ou mangent debout. Peu de choix et pas qualitatif du tout.
- les ascenseurs le matin et le soir, c'est juste l'enfer. Le système fonctionne de manière aléatoire.
- Impossible de payer en avance (via booking), on met de l'espèce de côté pendant plusieurs mois pour payer le jour J, on nous dit "désolé on ne prend pas d'espèce". Aucune information préalable nul part à ce sujet (ni dans la confirmation de réservation, ni sur booking, ni sur le site officiel...anywhere!). Resultat carte bloquée pour tout le séjour. Et vue que plusieurs activités ne sont payables que par carte...cela a fortement gâché le séjour.
