First, every employee was very friendly and helpful. Second, the room was incredibly clean. Third, it was a great location – close to the subway and lots of food options (as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s!). Fourth, they kept our luggage for no charge before our flight. I also appreciated it that they had filtered water for guests’ use in the lobby. The only two things that would make it better would be a guest laundry (the three laundromats I went to within walking distance only take cash) and a complimentary breakfast. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the room and bed was comfortable and clean, and staff polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant had bizarre decoration and the food was poor standard - save your money and eat at one of the many great restaurants in NYC.
