I had an exceptional 5-star experience during my recent vacation stay. The service was truly the highlight, earning a perfect 5/5 for being incredibly professional and attentive. I was also very pleased with the quality of the rooms and the convenient location, both of which were reliable and high-quality (4/5 each). It made for a fantastic, stress-free trip

Room was extremely dirty - the dirtiest walls ever saw in the US. I travel often for the last 20 years and that was the worst I saw so far.

Stayed for 1 night for a weekend trip. as expecting in Manhattan, small rooms, current construction work happening outside.
Positives were a clean room, complimentary water, easy charging cord access, Room was clean and tidy, and the room and surrounding area was really quiet at night! a nice surprise for in the city! One big downside was the mattress seemed really quite old, or at least very stained.

I was re-accommodated here after a safety issue occurred with my original hotel booking and I was unable to stay there. I had originally booked two separate beds for my friend and I, and upon arrival here we were given a room with a single twin bed.
The manager was so incredibly rude and mean spirited, not helpful at all. She redirected the blame to us somehow, claiming that just because we requested a room with two beds doesn’t mean we were gonna get that. In her mind, room descriptions don’t need to be accurate and if you’re 2 people, you’re going to receive whatever room that will be that will fit 2 people. Last time I checked, I’m booking based on the description for what kind of room I want, not what you feel like will fit the amount of people. But that’s just me.
There are certain ways you can go about delivering the fact that your hotel cannot accommodate your needs. She simply could’ve said “I’m sorry, but we don’t have any rooms with two beds.” Instead, she never even said hello and immediately gave us an attitude for our confusion. I found the whole experience to be super unprofessional and unnecessary, we were basically out of places to stay at that point and they made no effort to try and help us out or offer anything other than “Go call the original hotel and figure it out with them.” Horrible service and hospitality, don’t even bother trying.
