Great customer service at the front desk 24/7. I did have to wait for 3 days to get a refrigerator which wasn't a big deal but I was upset that I stayed out one night came back and the fridge was gone mind you I had a 17night stay that was just very inconvenient! Otherwise everything else was just fine

We paid an overpriced charge for the room, with all taxes it came up to almost $1000 for 2 nights during a weekend. The room was tiny, if you want to stretch or open a suitcase on the floor its not possible since the gap between 2 single twin beds and from beds to bathroom / bathroom is ridiculously small. one window that can't open, looking into the side of the building next door. the room was in very basic condition: think blankets, uncomfurtable pillows, cheapest beddings. walls look old and a bit dirty, some paint chipped. air conditioner noisy and doesn't work well, we struggled with getting it to work properly and the maintenance guy they sent didn't speak english so it was hard to communicate with him and he didn't help. the walls were thin and you could hear the next door room which had some yound group having a little party and running around back and forth (can hear every little sound in hallway or other rooms). Breakfast served on cheapest paper plates and only cheap paper cups for coffee. everything tasted basic and lame. for the price - definitely a rip off! will never come back and will never recommend anyone to stay here. I give 2 stars for the nice folks and the desk but the staff is MIA when you try to call trhe front desk (from your phone, sice there isn't a hotel phone line in rooms.) feels cheap and with very little thought put into guest experience. The bathrooms doesn't have shower caps / hair drier / Q-tips cotton buds, just very basic stuff. STAY AWAY!

I stayed there for the NY Marathon 2025 from 10/31 to 11/3/2025. The staff was great: One lady from the front desk added a refrigerator to my room on Friday 10/31/25 around 9am. The staff in the breakfast cafeteria is awesome: Couple of Dominican 🇩🇴 workers, who are the best!! At check out time, Alaina, at the Front Desk booked a taxi for me and was great at explaining me my options. Housekeeping Dept. was also very efficient!! I would come back and try this property. Keep up with the good work!!!
