  Todo estuvo excelente ❤️ desde el desayuno, habitaciones, personal todos muy amable; la habitación tiene buen tamaño y está súper agusto ni hablar de la ubicación está cerca de todo sin duda volveré

  Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee were included, which was a great bonus and very convenient. The location is perfect—close to everything. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

  We were two in the room. For one person, there is enough space, but for two, it is very small. The room is quite cleaned. We were there for 6 nights, and one day the service didn’t clean or room. We didn’t have problem with that so we didn’t complain about it. If we complained, I guess they would have cleaned the room. What we didn’t like is that we ran out of shampoo and the service didn’t refill it. The hotel in general wasn’t so cleaned. One day we saw the service with the trash of garbage in one of the two elevators. The breakfast was very good and complete. Internet access and TV was OK. All the staff is great and very kind. The 36th St, between the 8th Ave and the 5th Ave, in general, has a lot of clubs and restaurants and is very dirty. I reccommend having breakfast until 8 am, because after that the room is very crowded and you won’t have a desk. We had a good experience, so far.

  Hôtel milieu de gamme parfait, très bon rapport qualité/prix Hôtel très bien situé près de Time Square, à 2 pas de Bryant Park, magasin Macys, Empire State Building et station de métro. Hôtel très propre, chambre faite tous les jours. Certaines chambres ont de très belles vues sur Empire State Building ou autres grandes tours. Déjeuner complet avec du choix, sac pour emporter si vous n'avez pas le temps de manger sur place ou préférez manger dans la chambre. Personnel très sympathique, aussi bien à l'accueil, que les femmes de chambres ou le personnel du petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Salle de sport. Salle pour laisser les bagages si besoin. Séjour parfait, je recommande ! Les moins : Le chauffage/clim est très bruyant lorsqu'il se met en route, impossible de dormir avec. La salle du petit déjeuner est assez petite et la seconde salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas chauffée, difficile d'y manger en plein hiver. Mais ces petits points à améliorer n'ont pas gêner notre séjour.

  My wife and I booked a stay from 1/6/26-1/12/26. On the morning of the 11th we discovered live juvenile and adult bedbugs in the room. We alerted the hotel front desk staff to the issue and they moved us to another room and comped the night of the 10th. The front desk staff said a manager would be contacting us during the work week to discuss additional compensation. No one contacted me until I filed a formal complaint with IHG Corporate. The Assistant Manager, Maria finally contacted me on the 20th and said they would not be refunding the other 4 nights we spent in the room or paying for our decontamination costs to treat our property because their pest control inspection the day after we left didn't find any evidence of bedbugs. I provided them with geotagged and timestamped photos of the bedbugs and captured a live one for hotel staff to confirm. Apparently this isn't good enough proof that they provided a room with bed bugs. No one should stay here. This experience ruined what should have been a great vacation for my wife and I and cost us additional money. If you stay in a hotel in a big city bedbugs are a risk, but I'm incredibly disappointed with the hotel and their response to this situation.
