Room to small compared to the hilton rooms i stay in. Asked for a view of the skyline at 10 th ave side but got the buildings across the street on w48th. The jamaican guy at the front desk on the overnight shift is nice as well as the tall African security guy.

A no frills hotel whose best attributes are location and price. Its pros are that it was clean, had good customer service and a free breakfast. It's cons are long elevator wait and a breakfast that was challenging due to large volume of diners with limited food availabilities and seating. I'd stay here again.

During my stay, the front desk experience was unprofessional. The employee was on her phone for an extended period while guests were present, which caused delays and felt inattentive. This impacted the overall experience. Management may want to provide additional training to ensure better customer service.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. I wouldn’t waste your money.
We arrived late and were put into room 115 which is literally at the entrance of the hotel, you can hear absolutely everything including the ice machine, if you get put into this room, ask to move. You won’t sleep, you’ll be kept up all night long and be woken up at 6am by the chaos that is breakfast. We asked to move rooms. Prior to all of this happening my bank contacted me re fraud because the payment at reception had been taken from the card I paid the initial “holding reservation” with. So they tried to charge me twice. After advising we want to move rooms we were told by the man on reception that by the time we got back that day, our bags would be in our new room. Upon arrival back to the hotel I was greeted by an unpleasant girl on reception where I told her “we asked to move rooms and the person I spoke to earlier said when we got back our new room would be ready” she actually turned around to me and said “I’ve been working all day and you didn’t speak to me” correct, because you were not the person who made these arrangements, I felt like I was being accused of lying. Reluctantly she gave us our new room key but our bags hasn’t been moved as promised…..
The new room was on a quieter floor and that’s about all I have to say about it. Basic, but if you’re not spending a lot of time there fine.
I woke up the next morning to find that £200 was taken from my account to which I immediately queried with reception, no one could help at the time and it needed to be referred to their manager, Benjamin. After going out for the day again, I later caught up with Benjamin who apologised for the inconvenience, apparently it was their system that took the payment and assured me it would be refunded however could take 3 days. I needed the money they took as my spending money. He had agreed that he would not charge us for 1 nights stay due to all the inconvenience, I accepted this. I’ve returned home and I have chased Benjamin 5 plus times via email to rectify the payment issues because despite agreeing to waive 1 nights charge (which I have confirmation of in writing) they still have more money than they promised the total would be. Never got my £50 deposit either. I have given Benjamin multiple chances to reach out and respond but he is ignoring all of my emails which I find incredibly unprofessional.
Lastly the breakfast - AVOID!!!!!! Like a school canteen, you can’t even sit down. 1 poor worker seemed to be the only person keeping the food topped up. It was so so so busy, too small for the amount of people their hotel is accommodating. I saw reviews about this before but looked past them. Wish I didn’t.
All in all I would absolutely not stay here again, they’ve over charged me and caused undue stress for what was meant to be a lovely trip away. Don’t bother booking unless you want money randomly taken from your account and no replies from the manager.
