The receptionists are unbelievably rude, especially Erica who really doesn’t care at all. Noise is so bad and no one can sleep, not worth it. Also rooms are really outdated

Arriviamo all’una di notte, stanchi e la receptionist ci “accoglie” sbuffandoci in faccia (avremo lasciato in 4 circa 6 mila euro per 7 giorni, perciò almeno un sorriso era ben accetto) e con una faccia perennemente arrabbiata. Assegna ad una coppia 4 bottigliette di acqua, perciò pensavamo che l’hotel stesse concedendo un litro di acqua a testa. Poco dopo ne ritira due perché destinate all’altra coppia con altra prenotazione. Scena imbarazzante, ai limiti della taccagneria. Camere con moquette, con macchinetta del caffè non funzionante e refill di acqua disperso nei sotterranei del building. Per quanto costa, EVITATE QUESTO HOTEL.

We loved that 2 restaurants were available to choose from. Unfortunately roof top was not open because of weather. We got to try room service from the restaurant on the main floor and it was absolutely amazing and tasteful and highly recommended. We decided to stay at the last high floor available and it was a beautiful view from there and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Valentines weekend was crazy but we loved the Hilton app which allows us to check in remotely and lets us skip the desk to go right to the room. The room was on the small side but they still made it so we could still get around in the room with no issues. It was clean and comfortable overall, I mean the bed was so soft and pillows - I love Hilton stays!
- RMRobin MoodyFeb 17, 20265.0Great location. Super nice staff. Marian checked us in! She is great! The room was spacious and near Midtown. We got there before check in an and they stored our bags. Anytime we needed more towels or toilet paper they brought right up. Tips: excellent coffee down the street at Indiecoco . There is a Whole Foods, and Sunak for the picky eaters. Easy to get around to the subways about 7 minute walk. If I had more $ I would have gotten a room with a view (the higher floors) but our corner room had a nice sized room for NYC standards. Showers are strong and there is shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer in the room.
