We stayed at this hotel and, to be fair, the room was good and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job, and the room itself was comfortable.
However, the “breakfast” is basically a scam. They advertise breakfast, but what you actually get is the option to choose only 4 pre-packaged items from whatever they have available, and you’re not allowed to combine freely or choose anything else. Everything beyond those 4 items is charged extra. Even the bakery products are pre-packaged and they just heat them up on the spot, so it doesn’t feel fresh at all.
If you have the choice, I strongly recommend booking the room without breakfast. There are several great places nearby where you can get a much better breakfast for a fair price.
The worst part was the attitude at reception: when we asked about it and tried to complain, the staff simply dismissed us and showed no interest in helping. Honestly, it’s shameful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in New York. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city and enjoy everything NYC has to offer.
The hotel is very clean, and the room was comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what I needed after long days in the city. Everything felt taken care of and thoughtfully prepared.
What truly made the difference was the reception team. Everyone at the front desk was professional, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Marilyn, who was absolutely amazing — attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. She made me feel genuinely welcome and well cared for.
This hotel combines a great location, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
