We stayed Herr from 25th of Oct through 28th Oct ..Very good strategic location. The room had a view of the Empire State building.. Amenities included Microwave and coffee machine..Staff was friendly..My only hitch was that there is a charge that is levied on our account which no one is explain why and there is still no response...our booking was done through Booking.com..the accountant keeps saying that we have to check with the bank while the charge literally had their name..still waiting ..

This is a great hotel for access to all of NYC. We stayed for four nights in November and were 100% satisfied. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are larger than average for the city and very clean with excellent shower.
The location is ideal with a subway stop right outside the door and within walking distance of theaters, restaurants, midtown, Koreatown, and right across the street from the flagship Macy's and the Empire State Building. I would absolutely stay here again.

I travel a lot for work and personal and use Hilton for all my stays. However this location did not live up to the Hilton standards and left me very disappointed! Requested a cot for my room and didn’t receive it then was told should have been one in the room which somehow turned into it’s a fire hazard for my room to have one too someone delivering it. When I made the call to the office I was treated with attitude. Also at 10 am I received a knock at my door from staff to see if I had left yet and check when I’ll be leaving. Overall disappointed in my stay but have faith it’s a one in a few occurrence.

I absolutely loved my stays at the Hilton on 35th Street in New York City! In July 2024, I spent 10 wonderful days there, and I was so impressed that I returned in July 2025 for an even longer trip of 12 days. Both experiences were fantastic, and the hotel truly feels like a home away from home in the heart of mid Manhattan .
The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Manhattan, with easy access to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and great shopping and dining options. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds that made relaxing after long days of exploring a breeze. The amenities, including the fitness center and rooftop bar, added that extra touch of luxury.
What really stood out both years was the outstanding service from the staff. A special shoutout to the incredibly friendly Korean receptionist who greeted me with a warm smile each time—she made check-in seamless and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Since it was summer (and NYC can get hot!), they kindly provided complimentary 500ml bottles of Poland Spring water upon arrival both in 2024 and 2025, which was such a thoughtful gesture to keep guests hydrated.
Overall, this Hilton exceeded my expectations on every visit. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in the Big Apple. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

*Update: upon interacting with other staff members I am increasing to 3 stars. The issue is with Michael's lack of professionalism mostly although the hotel still has aging facilities.
Michael was the most unprofessional and confrontational front desk person I have dealt with at any hotel. My family and I arrived 3am+ from a late flight and while I already received the digital key he insisted I come to front desk first as apparently it is a requirement at this location. He didnt mention my gold membership, then proceeded to ask my last name after I already handed my driver license. He then told me my card was declined which isnt true as I have 2 cards on file and both were valid Amex Hilton cards. I told him I booked only a few weeks ago with Hilton and he didnt believe me so he asked where. Then he said I booked the room through booking.com which isnt true as it was booked directly via the Hilton app. I will be contacting corporate for such unprofessional service that I have never experienced before at a hotel. Also the rooms are dated, overpriced, small, and the ergonomics are poor.
