The subway and Grand Central Terminal are seven minutes on foot, and LaGuardia Airport is 10 miles away. We have a meeting room plus a 24-hour fitness center and market.

I spoke to Nicky and she was so kind, told me to call back closer to check in to see if the room was ready. It was too early. I called back at 2 an hour before check in and spoke to a very rude gentleman who cut me off mid sentence. Told me that I had been given all the wrong information and I’m the end…my room was ready early one he let me speak. Nicky checked me in and was even more wonderful in person. Her service was a 10/10.

The hotel room. Was nice, upscale, close to time square, reasonable price, the staff was awesome, bathroom was clean and nice. We highly recommend! Thank you. 10000 stars for this hotel and the staff

I had low expectations for NYC and this price point but holy smokes, this hotel is the deal you’re looking for an amazing location and overall accommodation. Nikky and Sam at the front desk had been rockstars. We were all checked in so quickly and they were so friendly. Santiago was also incredible during our stay. Great experience all around.

We had great dinner. We are staying as a group of 12 people so we always need “one more thing” haha. Their answer is always yes and then they ask the question and figure out to make it happen. We are truly enjoying our stay at the hotel!!!! They acknowledge everyone and treat us like a friend! Thanks!!!!!!

Everything we needed was handled promptly and with genuine care. They also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is amazing — close to everything. This was especially important for us since we were traveling with children. We truly loved our experience and will definitely consider this our home in NYC.
