- MCMegan St. Clair1 day ago5.0I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square North on W. 46th. Street. It was in the perfect location. A 7 minute walk north to Radio City Music Hall to see the Rockettes and a 7 minute walk south to Bryant Park. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. We did not hear any city noise from our room on the 14th floor. The service we received from Samson (arranging the car service), Santi and Jaquira (front desk) was exceptional. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to New York City.

When I tried to argue this, they claimed there was no King rooms left even though that's what we booked and paid extra for. They refused to rectify this issue and would not attempt to resolve THEIR mistake. Completely unacceptable especially for a global brand.

The staff were all fantastic, friendly and will help with any questions or dining recommendations. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you for making the stay so memorable.

I was a little worried we would be able to hear Times Square but it was far enough away we couldn't. It was my first time to NYC and this is walking distance to so many attractions! The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We had a city view room on the 20th floor and it was a nice view! Would reccomend to anyone!

Seul point négatif depuis notre arrivée c est les travaux qui sont occupés a faire en face de l'hôtel et qui nous ne permet pas de dormir car le bruit des machines de constructions commencent a débuter avant 8 heures . L'hôtel aurait dû le signaler avant notre venue .
