Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and shockingly quiet considering the busy streets in the area. Bedding could have been a bit nicer - they used this overly scratchy duvet cover that was not comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and well stocked. They also offered off street parking which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Park Avenue and found it to be a well-located, comfortable base for exploring Manhattan. It’s just steps from Grand Central Station, Times Square, Bryant Park, and several subway lines, ideal for getting around the city with ease. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it delivers solid comfort and convenience. The room was compact (typical for Manhattan), but thoughtfully arranged with a very comfortable bed. There was a faint musty scent, possibly from humidity or age, but nothing that disrupted our stay. The overall vibe was cozy and functional. The front desk staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. Housekeeping was reliable, and the spacious lobby offered a nice place to relax. There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel, which adds to the convenience. For the price point, it offers great value, especially considering the location and service. If you're looking for a well-situated, comfortable place to stay in Manhattan without splurging, this hotel is a smart pick.

Very disappointing stay. Small but tall hotel with no room being far from elevators and associated noise but what made the stay so bad was parties in nearby rooms with sound and pot smoke travelling through the AC vents. We reported to staff of floor but they could track down so had to ensure till 2am... This was compounded by street racing with burnups and sirens going off till 3:30am. This is not the hotels fault but unfortunately any midtown hotel has to suffer from these types of behaviour. I would recommend looking towards the village or elsewhere as noise is less and with such a great subway or with walking nothing is far away! Will not be staying at this hotel again!

Location of this place was actually perfect. Just a short walking distance to the Empire State, Times Square, Madison Square Gardens, S&P lol. The rooms were very clean and while on the smaller end, had enough storage for our things. The concierge was were delightful to speak with. Enchanté Mr. Burkina Faso! Très content parler avec vous! We had a great time and would stay here again!
