  Great service , good fresh room. The construction can cause delays with one elevator working, but everything else is hilton quality. And the valet parking worked beautifully. Thank you all .

  This hotel is under construction and they don't disclose it on the web page and the construction is a disaster. There's a single elevator available for all 27 floors expect 20 to 30 minute waits to go up or down. The elevator is tiny so you'll skip several opportunities as it will already be full and they're using it as the freight elevator as well. There is no restaurant it's under construction and the rooms are tiny for New York standards and the construction in the newly finished rooms looks like a child did it. I would not stay at this hotel again. It looks like Hilton is winning the race to the bottom. Not even any soap in the bathroom to wash your hands with I was told to use the soap from the shower.

  This hotel is under construction and they never told us when we booked. Room is small and nasty the noise is unbearable with construction. We are here for cancer treatment from Sloan Kettering and the hotel lists a discount for patients but they did not do a discount. Who does that a bait and switch for seriously ill people!!!

  Rooms were clean and comfortable, with good beds and decent space for Manhattan, but some fixtures felt a bit dated and walls were thin enough to hear hallway noise. The service was generally friendly and helpful at the front desk, though response times for requests could be slow at busy hours. The location is convenient for Midtown sights and multiple subway lines, which made getting around the city easy, but the immediate area can feel crowded and noisy, especially late at night.

  Good location. Hotel was under construction. No lobby. No gym. No notice. Only found out once I got there. Customer service was apathetic. Didn't care. Told me to submit a ticket. Lol. Room was fine. A bit old. Dust webs underneath the bed. Carpet smells a bit. Everything in the room was functional. Won't book again.
