    Terrible experience. The staff is completely uninterested. They make obvious mistakes starting at check-in and throughout the week, and are almost rude when they're pointed out. Housekeeping repeatedly makes mistakes, and management adds hidden costs for items in the room without price lists (extra minibar). Be very careful if you choose it.

    Whole property is very old. Only 1 elevator worked whole time for a 28 floor building × 6 rooms. So going up or down would take 10 min. Restaurant was closed, low quality packed breakfast was offered. Renovation work was on. The room was super noisy because the elevator was too loud and it was a known issue still staff assigns rooms that have issue and pretend issue does not exist. Offered 20 USD pantry credit and loyalty points for all these troubles.

    Horrible customer service. I called multiple times simply to change a reservation and was treated shockingly poorly. The first representative transferred me, but the call went nowhere. When I called back and explained that my reservation was under my last name, the agent (Dilani) abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. There was no attempt to help, no explanation, and no professionalism. Hanging up on a guest who is calmly trying to resolve a reservation issue is completely unacceptable. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and absurd. I would strongly reconsider booking here if customer service matters to you.

    We came in for Christmas and stayed for 3 nights, this hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were not far from Times Square and the subway was steps away. Very good experience!
