Okay this is a very special Hilton location in my heart. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I've stayed at many properties across the country, but this location has truly exceeded all expectations. Sheril went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming—her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel right at home. The combination of exceptional service and offered accommodations has made this the best Hilton I've experienced so far. This is exactly why I remain committed to the Hilton brand. Outstanding and stellar experience! Houria and her entire team provided a top notch experience! This trip was a birthday trip for me, as well as a welcome back trip for my 13 year old. NYC is where she was born and we hadn't been back since she was a toddler, so this truly was a special trip. Our room was clean and the views were amazing. The entire W 57th team was nothing short of amazing and provided the most phenomenal experience. As a Hilton Grand Vacation Owner I was extremely satisfied and look forward to returning! Out of expectations! Absolutely love the room. Though back of hotel, 20th floor, real quiet, but still have some nice skyscraper view with rising moon. Thanks for receptionist who made us wait to get this room. Perfecto!

La verdad fue una experiencia muy buena, aunque solo llegábamos al hotel a dormir, nos encantó la ubicación ya que está a unas cuadras de Central Park y es fácil encontrar lugares para desayunar. La parada del subway está literal a la vuelta del hotel. La recepción es pequeña pero no necesita más. Por la mañana colocan pan dulce y café para que puedas tomar antes de salir. Nos resguardaron las maletas cuando llegamos y cuando nos fuimos. El Check in era a las 4:00 pm pero nos llamaron a la 1:00pm para decirnos que nuestra habitación estaba lista 👍
Dormimos muy a gusto, ya que la cama estaba muy cómoda.
Eso sí, recuerden que te cobran al rededor de $100 Dlls del impuesto local. Y eso leí que pasa en todos los hoteles. Nosotros reservamos a través de BestDay.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
After an 18-hour flight, I arrived exhausted and sick with the flu, just needing a clean bed. The room itself was clean and comfortable — but that’s where the positives end.
From the start, the staff seemed entirely money-driven. They kept inventing new charges, roughly $180 in total, including a “short stay” fee that I had already paid. Out of sheer fatigue, I just complied.
The manager, Ronald, had no understanding of the Hilton Grand Vacations (HGVC) programme and was unhelpful. When he finally decided to “assist,” he took my credit card and disappeared into a back room for over 30 minutes without explanation. I also witnessed him berating another guest who was occupying the penthouse in a rough and unprofessional tone — shocking behavior for a Hilton manager.
While I was visibly unwell and coughing (wearing a mask they provided), a female front desk employee began threatening not to check me in because I was coughing — showing zero care or compassion.
To make things worse, I had three packages delivered to the hotel. They initially gave me two and insisted that was all until I pressed them to look again — only then did they find the third package, after disputing that it was even delivered.
At checkout, no bellmen were available to help with luggage. I dragged my own suitcases down, and no one behind the counter even acknowledged me.
Terrible, unkind, and unprofessional service from start to finish. The focus here is on squeezing guests for money, not treating them with basic decency. I will never return.
