Starting off with the location, which was perfect for my itinerary because it was so walkable to the subway entrance along with everything else. The room was nice and roomy, and had a good view of the street (we were on the 19th floor). What made this stay extra memorable though was the workers. Every single worker here seems like they genuinely enjoy their job, which as a customer I definitely felt and noticed it. One employee in particular, Sheril, was absolutely incredible. Most of my interactions here were with her, and she had this genuinely positive energy that really carried into the day. As mentioned, I've been to NY many times, but this trip really was made more special by her customer service that added another layer of greatness to an already superb trip. Also special shoutout to Livingston who was really helpful with getting our luggage and carrying the same type of positive energy that prompted me to make this positive review. All in all, if you're looking for a hotel with a perfect location, good room size, and excellent staff, you will not regret picking this spot!!
