    Our experience since arriving at the hotel was miserable. Most of the people I have encountered at the front desk were rude and unfriendly since the moment we checked in. The staff gave us absolutely no information when we checked in and when we asked them about anything, they were short and gave no additional information. When we asked about the owners lounge, they would not tell us where it was because they said we didn’t have access (without even looking at our room numbers on their computer) because we didn’t specifically buy at this location but we realized today that we did have access and we are leaving tomorrow so we did not have the opportunity to utilize the benefits of the lounge at all. We have Elite Plus status and booked 4 premier rooms for several days with 8 people in our group and each one of us had a terrible experience any time we had to talk with the front desk staff. The rooms were nice and clean but the lighting and water pressure were not great. Tonight, we asked about a late check out and they said we have to call at 7:15am on the morning of check out to ask. That policy itself is ridiculous as I have never stayed anywhere where you couldn’t ask for late check out the night before but the really frustrating thing was that when my husband asked why we had to wait, the lady at the front desk just snapped and said, “that’s just the way it is” and turned back to have a personal conversation with her coworker. Then when we said it was ridiculous, she rudely said “put it in the review if you have a problem with it”. I have stayed at Hilton hotels all over the country and have never had such a bad experience. On top of all of it, no one in our group of 8 people were ever asked if they needed help with luggage. It was the laziest, rudest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel, let alone a Hilton. It felt like motel 6 customer service, not Hilton customer service. If you care about getting good customer service, don’t stay here.

    When we arrived we had booked four rooms each totaling six nights. All were premier rooms and were booked with Elite Plus status. The staff was the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. They gave us no info on the resort or the area around us or anything about transportation available. When we inquired about access to owners lounge they said we did not have access. We stated we are owners and they said we had no access unless specifically purchased at this location. They wanted us to take another time share promotion to view the property. We thought about it but after the way we were received we decided no way we would want to subject ourselves to anymore staff. At the last day of our trip I found the owners lounge on my own and we did have access but it was too late to use. In the end we had to buy or eat breakfast out everyday instead of quick trip to lounge. Everyone in our party tried talking to the staff and every time was greeted with pour attitude. We didn’t want more than what was suppose to be ours. It was my wife and her twin brother’s fiftieth. We did our best to not let it ruin our time in NY. Staff did not make this a good stay. Rooms are nice enough but staff again put a real shadow on or trip.

    Hotel was amazing, clean rooms, clean toilets and clean stainless linen on the bed! Overall very nice experience, location is also top! Will definitely stay here again!
