Avevamo 3 camere e per tutte avevamo chiesto i letti singoli e, indovinate un po', tutti letto matrimoniali e, quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, ci hanno detto che non potevano fare nulle perché l'albergo era al completo e non potevano fare nulla. A parte questo ho soggiornato in due camere una era minuscola , ma alquanto confortevole , l'altra più grande , ma vicino a un vano di servizio estremamente rumoroso e con la doccia senza piatto e con la tendina di plastica .... Grande nota positiva , sei in pieno centro

The happy hour on the 44th floor so much fun. The appetizers were so delicious. They had meatballs, wings, chip dip, fruit cheese platter.

- DSDaniel ShaheenJul 24, 20252.0Disappointed with Our Stay as New Owners Our recent stay at the Hilton Club New York fell far short of expectations, especially as new Hilton Grand Vacation owners. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcomed. Instead of a smooth check-in experience, we were told to go up to the 37th floor just to get a piece of paper allowing us to store our luggage before check-in—an unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process. We were unable to receive any upgrades or even a late check-out, despite having a scheduled appointment to meet with an associate a few blocks away to discuss joining the NYC club ownership program. Adding to our frustration, we were charged a luggage storage fee, even though we were there specifically for a Hilton-related appointment. The room itself was not up to standard. The shower knob was loose and unsafe, creating a clear safety concern. The mini fridge was not working, and the overall condition of the room left a lot to be desired for a premium property. As new owners, this experience was disappointing and has left us questioning the level of service and hospitality we can expect moving forward.
