Location of hotel is good within very easy walking distance of the Empire State building and our room was nice with a bay window looking out of the front of the hotel. Just be careful about the deposit charged when booking in. We paid $110 and, despite only having one bottle of water from the minibar, only got $19:57 back. Queried with hotel but no response.

Clima in camera ottimo e ben gestibile.

Do Not Stay here, Terrible staff rude and just did not care. Terrible room. Bathroom toilet would not flush and they said would send someone to fix; they did not. GROSS. The next day they moved us to the smallest rooms with a very tiny window.

we stayed here for our vacation in the city, the location is great, subway station in the block, 5 mins walk to the empire state, the room was small but okay for being new york, the service was great! regarding the fees mentioned in other reviews, they’re stated in the documents they give you when you check in so i don’t understand why they act surprised

I booked my stay through Expedia a few months ago. Since I used to work in a hotel, I called ahead to make sure I was in the right room. I was assigned an ADA-accessible room, so I upgraded over the phone and paid with my debit card.
Now, when I called about getting my refund, the front desk agent ‘Per’ flat-out refused to issue it and was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is unacceptable. I paid for an upgrade in good faith, and I expect my money back. I shouldn’t be treated this way for simply asking for what I’m owed.
