Just be careful about the deposit charged when booking in. We paid $110 and, despite only having one bottle of water from the minibar, only got $19:57 back. Queried with hotel but no response.

Piccolo albergo, camere piccole ma funzionali, ben arredate, letto comodo, bagno spazioso e acqua calda abbondante. Clima in camera ottimo e ben gestibile. Vista sul piccolo atrio interno....certo non il massimo, però.....c'è un però grosso come una casa. Grazie al fatto di non avere pareti comunicanti con l'esterno, è stata la camera di gran lunga più silenziosa mai avuta NYC.... Dormite super fino alle 8....fantastico. Non posso valutare le altre camere ovviamente. Piccolo "bar" a PT, molto comodo per fare colazione senza perdere tempo, caffè così così, pezzi dolci molto molto buoni; non economico. Ci ritornrrei di sicuro. Rooftop molto carino ma senza servizio bar.

I was assigned an ADA-accessible room, so I upgraded over the phone and paid with my debit card. Now, when I called about getting my refund, the front desk agent ‘Per’ flat-out refused to issue it and was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is unacceptable. I paid for an upgrade in good faith, and I expect my money back. I shouldn’t be treated this way for simply asking for what I’m owed.
