  Title: Cutting-edge technology with a deeply compassionate heart "As a Genius Level 3 traveler, I have stayed in many hotels worldwide, but Henn na Hotel New York truly stands out. While its seamless tech and futuristic design are incredible, what impressed us most was the staff's profound humanity. Our family faced a very difficult situation: our young child fell ill right before our return to Ukraine. Because of the ongoing war and daily shelling, the airspace is closed, making our journey home an exhausting 48-hour trip by air and land. We desperately needed a safe place for our child to rest before facing such a grueling path. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the management showed incredible empathy and solidarity. They granted us a late check-out at no additional cost, giving our child those vital extra hours of rest. In a world of automation, Henn na Hotel proved they have a very human soul. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and support during such a stressful time for our family. Truly a world-class stay in every sense."

  We had a great time here. Unfortunately the water heater broke down and we had to take cold showers on two of the five days we stayed here. But the hotel proactively refunded the room rate for one of those nights. We’ll definitely choose the place again for its cleanliness and convenience if we had to go back to NYC again.

  Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfy — especially the bed! We slept so well and felt completely relaxed the entire time. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and all the train stations, which made getting around so easy and stress-free. And the dinosaur in the lobby completely sealed the deal for our kids! They were so excited every time we walked in, and it made the stay even more memorable for our whole family. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and truly a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

  Ok. Hay serios problemas de agua caliente. Para un hotel de 4 estrellas que no es capaz de arreglar sus temas de agua caliente en la ducha en menos de 24 hrs me parece totalmente inaceptable por lo que cobran. A todos los viajeros he de recomendarles preguntar primero, antes de quedarse en este hotel, si todo está bien con los servicios básicos. Imposible creer que no puedan corregir un problema como este en tanto tiempo y no se vuelvan a tomar la delicadeza de en cuanto te ven entrar a lobby comunicar cómo va el asunto que prometieron resolver en el mismo día. Y además con el pésimo estilo de servicio mal encarado y harto de su trabajo que caracteriza mucho a esta ciudad. Muy desagradable y desafortunado. Ofrecieron servicio de ducha en el gym de enfrente que no está abierto hasta tarde. De verdad es muy frustrante para los precios que cobran hoy en día en NYC y mas un hotel de esta categoría. Tengan cuidado. No vale la pena.

  Pessima experiencia. Durante nossa estadia estragou a bomba que aquece a água, ficamos sem banho quente e o hotel nos ofereceu um voucher para tomarmos banho em uma academia na mesma rua e ressarcir o valor das taxas, sendo que estava nevando nesses dias. Imagina ter que sair do hotel para tomar banho em outro local abaixo de neve. Para completar estragou a porta do nosso quarto e ficamos meia hora esperando do lado de fora resolverem, sendo que quem conseguiu abrir a porta foi um amigo nosso, ninguém do hotel resolveu. Muito decepcionada. Apesar de tudo, o quarto era bom, a limpeza poderia melhorar.
