Very knowledgeable and kind. I wish I would have gotten her name. Also the morning we were leaving, we overslept. We had an 8:25 am flight and it was 7 am. OH NO right? Joseph quickly got us into an uber which was out front already. I quickly handed in my key card and the desk folks did the rest. Because of the ease of check out and Joseph getting us out the door quickly, we made our flight and even boarded when we should. Amazing! THANK YOU!

Yes while the room was small, the bathroom door was hard to shut, the rooms were quiet, the staff was so friendly and so helpful. The area is in the garment district and we never felt unsafe. You are just a short distance from Times Square and the heart of NYC. We did not come to NYC to stay in our room we came to see the city. Thank you for a great experience and stay.
