Honestly I was not impressed with this hotel. You will have a ton of issues and the only thing that outweighs all of that is the location. The main issue is the elevators. However we could only use one elevator. I was on the second floor so it was okay for me to just go up the stairs to my room but imagine staying on the 15th floor and having to wait at least 30 minutes to get to your room and 15 to 20 minutes to come back down just an unexpected inconvenience for the amount that we're paying for the room. They should have definitely let people know that the elevators are not operable before they book.

We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for my brothers wedding. This hotel is not Hilton standard and this is the reason we booked it. The rooms are run down, there is no space to store luggage, limited wardrobe space and no drawers (not suitable for the 3 people in 1 room). Our view was to the ac units and our window didn't open. We did ask to move rooms but was told the hotel was full. The water is the shower was sometimes hot sometime cool. The lifts are normally stuck due to staff holding them and there is no internal staircase so you can wait awhile for them. There are stairs from the upper floors but they go directly outdoors. They do provide breakfast but it is served on paper plates & paper cups, it is a very basic hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night which are plus points. It is next to Madison Square Gardens but not a nice area as when we arrived in the taxi there was addicts lying on the pavement round the corner.
